I had a grout issue. Both Kevin and Jon at Farnham were so helpful my issue was resolved that afternoon.

What I ordered is what I collected and it was on time

I wanted one tile of a specific size but nothing was aailable. However, Kevin found a "sample" which was almost double the size. He gave it to me saying I could have it if I knew someone who could cut it for me!! What a very kind gesture, and much appreciated.

Really pleased we visited the Farnham store. Kevin was extremely helpful. He asked us what we were looking for and listened to us. He then guided us without being a salesperson. Constructive, useful advice and guidance. Brilliant.

The shop has a very wide range of tiles and Kevin, the assistant manager, was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful.
There was no pushy sales talk, just solid advice.
Easy to find with plenty of free parking.

As always the team at Farnham CTD were really helpful - I looked at some tiles a few months ago which were no longer on the website but they helped me to find them and the last couple I needed to finish the job.

Kevi Oulton the assistant branch manager has been very helpful from my initial visit til my purchase today.

CTD are always helpful with orders which are sometimes for larger quantities but for this small order nothing was too much trouble. Supply was not available from stock but they managed to source a small quantity and have them available in store for collection within three days. Very helpful.

I popped into today to find a specific tile that l have been unable to find having visited several other tile distributors.
I was helped by Kevin Oulton, who was extremely helpful and l was able to find the exact tile l needed. Excellent customer service.
This establishment has easy access with enough parking available so worth a visit. Plus they have a sale on atm.

I had a great experience with CTD Tiles. Their home delivery service was terrific and the delivery drivers personable and on time. I over bought the amount of tiles I needed and took five boxes back to the Farnham branch. I was well out of the time period but due to the branch selling a lot of what I returned they very kindly took them back. Big up to Kevin Oulton who was especially kind and took pity on me as I travelled with five boxes, on the train, from Brighton! Thanks. You are a real gent.

Staff very helpful and selected tiles were ordered in and available for collection the following day. Good value for money.
