The choice and quality of tile was great compared to other tile suppliers.

Incredibly unreliable
Incredibly unreliable, poor communication and terrible customer services. Don’t expect what you ordered and when you don’t get it don’t expect a refund… this company is living proof that not just some tradesmen are cowboys, honestly don’t know how they are still in business

Great tiles matched the ones I had and wanted to extend were easy enough to find the match on the website and luckily was able to receive a sample so I knew they would match handy tile estimator on the webiste too so I knew exactly how many boxes to buy. Overall very happy.

A good first experience with CTD Tiles.
We ordered online and were given a date that we could collect the tiles. When they arrived in store they telephoned to say they had arrived and it was sooner than expected, which was great. Our experience in store was fine and we were quickly dealt with. The sales member then brought the tiles out to our car. We do need more, and some other bits and pieces, so we look forward to dealing with the company again.
