Huge Delays in Shipment
Was told 3 separate times that they had to re-ship my cigars. After the second time I was told that they were out of one of my selections. I made a new selection and it still took almost 60 days for them to arrive. My original order was made the beginning of October. I finally received the last of my cigars mid-January. Never had an issue previously. would've like some kind of compensation for the delay.

In response to your concern, verifying the tracking information of your order, the cigars arrived to Spain on 02/06/2023 and they still are within the estimated delivery time of 15-45 days, taking into consideration, this order was dispatched on 01/18/2023
However, before proceed to evaluate a possible compensation, we cordially suggest you to get in contact with your post office (Correos España), to verify if they have your cigars and if they need you to pick up them.
