The dress I purchased on the website was NOTHING like the dress I received! It was a nightmare! The color & design was nothing like what was presented on their website. The refund process was a back & forth thur several emails & they tried to convince you to keep the dress & offered me $50 in compensation. They also tried to convince me to resale the dress.I purchased this dress for $310.20 minus $49.90 for express shipping, and $5.10 for insurance, which leaves a total of $255.20…. 15% of the $255.20 is $38.28 for the restocking fee which leaves a balance of $216.92 which would be refunded to me. After going back & forth over several emails, I accepted a refund of $160.00. This was a statement from the seller, “ we'll make virtually no profit. Furthermore, we shipped duty-free, so we paid a lot of taxes and fees, not passing them on to the customer, resulting in high costs. I'm sure you'll look stunning in this dress, and I hope you'll accept our compensation. Is that okay? Please.🙏 . “ “Furthermore, since the return address is in China, shipping and customs fees may be expensive. Furthermore, with cross-border shipping, packages can easily get lost, making refunds difficult. I hope you understand.” If I could give zero stars, I would.
