I booked a rush delivery for an SUV and the client came in a car. I had to make what I had fit into his car and the trunk was left open for delivery. i was charged for something I didn't order.

Both of the drivers were AWESOME (Travis Eley and Trevel Butler). They were Professional, on time, and helpful (on loading up the truck).

2nd day where we get a vehicle
2nd day where we get a vehicle, we didn't not book. This has caused us delays and unhappy customers.
ordered a rush delivery and pick up and…
ordered a rush delivery and pick up and got slow service. Order should have taken a half hour and ended up taking 4hrs. While being able to check location of driver - it was noticed that they drove around in circles and many other places before arriving late to customer. Customers need a quick response and they did not get it. customer was upset and i will not be using curri again. I was charged for a rush and got a slow delivery

They have you rushing to do Rush deliveries and then when you get there it's not what they said you're going to pick up they don't have a way for you to contact them like even after I confirmed I have a 20 ft flatbed truck with a person who requested it they still had me waiting for more stuff after Curry said it was one item and they're trying to load my truck up with over 100 items and pallets no way that's going to put on a 20 ft flatbed truck and then the same day they do the same thing at another White Cap delivery and don't even have the come in decency to call and contact you after you wasted all your time put your truck out of service and gas to be sitting up there for them to be lying about jobs saying it's one pallet 13 00 lb and then it's five of them when I get there and they don't even call they just cancel the job and send somebody else out don't even apologize or nothing I'm done with this app

The good and the bad
The good:
1. The time between entering the delivery into the system to the time of pick up is usually pretty quick especially car pick ups.
2. Most of the drivers are friendly.
3. most deliveries get done without any issues
The Bad:
1. After a multistop delivery is entered into the "Book" stage a stop can't be changed without canceling and rebooking the whole multistop delivery.
2. Customer support is too time consuming. I should be able to contact the driver that has the delivery when a change needs made. Whether that be by text or call or even some way of having the driver notified that he needs to call the place that he picked up from. There are too many steps and it's too delayed when you do this thru the current customer service.
3. There needs to be a uniformed way the ALL drivers pick up their delivery. When i ask "which one are you picking up" most times they just hold there phone out for me to scroll threw and figure it out. They all should either use the delivery number or the destination of the delivery as their reference and they should be able to tell you this when you ask which one they are picking up.
4. They need to speak English or at least be able to communicate to me when picking up and to our customer that they are delivering to.
