Amazing delivery time

Great customer service

I accidentally selected the wrong shipping address and emailed Cushie support to ask them to rectify. They responded within 1 business day and fixed the issue. I read a number of reviews saying the customer service for Cushie was poor so I wanted to be sure and write in to say -- not my experience! Thank you to Marvin on the Cushie team.

Misleading Return Policy & Terrible Customer Service

I should have listened to the other reviews and stayed far away from this company.

The buying experience itself was fine. Delivery was actually quite fast, and I have no complaints there. The problems started when I tried to use the “60-day risk-free trial” that convinced me to make the purchase in the first place.

After requesting a return because the sofa was simply too uncomfortable for everyday use, I was told I had to keep it for a minimum of 30 days before I could even initiate a return. This wasn’t clearly disclosed when I purchased it. I even provided screenshots of the return policy that was on their website at the time, and the company acknowledged that it wasn’t clear and said they would update it.

So I waited the required 30 days, despite living in a one-bedroom condo with a newborn where this sofa—one I couldn’t comfortably sit on to feed my baby—was taking up valuable space.

Once the 30 days were up, I immediately requested my return. Instead of starting the return process, customer service has taken roughly 24 hours between each response and has repeatedly delayed providing the actual next steps. Rather than processing the return, they kept suggesting adjustments to make the sofa more comfortable. Unfortunately, the issue isn’t something that can be fixed by tightening a knob—the sofa simply lacks the support and structure I need for everyday seating.

To make matters worse, they have now pointed me to an updated return policy that includes a 20% processing fee and delivery charges. Those fees were not disclosed when I purchased the sofa, nor were they on the screenshots I sent them from their own website. They changed their “60 day risk free trial” policy to now “60 day comfort guarantee”. Changing the wording after customers have already purchased is extremely shady and disappointing.

Lastly, if the company spent as much time responding to customer emails as they do replying to public reviews, this situation probably wouldn’t have escalated to this.

Delivery Nightmare

Delivery nightmare! I ordered my Cushie in May with a shipment date of 5/27 and anticipated delivery of 2-6 days from that point. After several emails to customer service questioning where the product was, I received a response a week later letting me know there was a dispatch related issue. This product finally shipped over a week ago, and I only received the arm rests and back rest. I've reached out again to customer service twice now looking for the actual sofa and have yet to receive a response. I am still waiting for the sofa and would not order from Cushie again.

Just piggybacking the other bad…

Just piggybacking the other bad reviews. I specifically ordered from Cushie because they advertised that the product I ordered was in stock and would ship withing 1-2 business days. Here we are a month later and still no updates on my order. I asked for an update a week after my purchase and the response read very AI-ish claiming that there was an issue with the bar scans which is causing delays and that my order is in a queue (aka we never had the product in inventory but don't want to miss out on your purchase and give you the runaround until it actually is in stock).

We love our Cushie Sofa Bed

We love our Cushie Sofa Bed. We bought it for my mum for when she stays over in our little boys room. So it’s fantastic as a reading chair for him without taking up too much space but it’s a super comfortable, plush night sleep for her. Delivery was quick! Setup was easy. Big recommend. A great addition to our home!

So good, I purchased 2!

Have not received an update for my order

I have not received an update for my order that was placed on 06/10/2026. Online it says it ships within 1-2 business days - that is a lie. I have reached out twice to two different emails I found and no response at all. I will be requesting a refund if my order does not get shipped out this week.

Great buy!

Our Cushie sofa bed is fantastic! The colour is beautiful, the size is perfect for a spare room and guests have commented on just how comfy it is! The quality is great and it was so easy to set up.

So in love with our cushie sofa bed

So in love with our cushie sofa bed! We mainly got it as a spare bed that would fold up and not take up much room in our small apartment to then using it in the living room all the time to watch movies cause it’s so comfortable and cool looking. Using it more than my actual couch! Another cool random positive is my baby boy has used it as extension of his play mat and really helped his development with physical play like learning to climb, jump, stand and wrestle his Dad haha! The only problem with this sofa bed is you will use it a a lot! :D thanks Lifely!

Still nothing.....

Place an order for a sleeper chair on 5/25 and nothing. First no tracking number, then misinformation on delivery from FedEx saying item is shipped then cancelled, correspondence has been contradictory and I AM FED UP. Requesting to cancel order and full refund. Will dispute the charge with the bank to get my money back if Cushie doesn't own up and comply. Afraid this company is a scam.

No information about my order in spite of reaching out. Ordered on 5/18/26 and have received nothing. No response to email. It’s been 2 months.

We absolutely love our Cushie Sofa Bed! It was incredibly easy to assemble (almost no assembly required at all). The green fabric is beautiful and has held up really well, resisting stains and looking as good as the day it arrived.

The couch itself is firm yet comfortable, providing great support without sacrificing comfort. As a sofa bed, it's even more impressive. When opened up, it's incredibly comfortable to sleep on; my husband actually prefers sleeping on it over our actual bed!

The service from Lifely was fantastic from start to finish as well. Highly recommend both the Cushie Sofa Bed and Lifely. We'd definitely buy from them again.

The Cushie Sofa Bed is very aesthetic…

The Cushie Sofa Bed is very aesthetic and comfortable. It’s hard to find a sofa bed with a thick and comfortable mattress but this one ticks all the boxes. It also folds in and out very easily. No assembly required. Initially they say delivery would be in August, however the item was delivered in June which is great, but would have been good to receive more accurate timelines for delivery.

We ordered a sofa sleeper and ottoman…

We ordered a sofa sleeper and ottoman and the email says 1-2 days to ship. As of date we have no notification of it shipping. I emailed them, used their chat option, messaged them on social media with no response. We have our son and his family (new grandson) coming and we need the bed for them. We were excited because the couch looks great and will fit our lifestyle. However we are worried about the delivery. Hopefully this helps.
