Such a lovely company to deal with. The cushions I bought from them were perfect and price was fair and time for delivery was good but what made this an exceptional experience was the customer service. I felt at all times that I was a valued customer and not just a number on a page. It would be so nice if all companies could be like this but I guess it can only happen when people honestly care about their products and customers like Cushion Supplier clearly do. Keep up the good work!

Really clear instructions for measuring our replacement cushions. Getting a quote was easy online and there was no pressure to buy. When I called to place the order it was so easy with my quote reference. Order delivery time was clear and they arrived in a couple of weeks with DPD 1 hour delivery. Excellent service and good quality replacement cushions for two MultiYork sofas. Lee deserves his high scores. He helped us choose replacement cushions for our sofas which we've had for years but needed a makeover. It is all done over the telephone and by email and you can send him pictures of what you are looking for e.g. the type of cushion you're replacing. We were wanting like for like and that is exactly what we received. We've been sitting on them for a few weeks now and are very happy. The covers were obtained elsewhere and once they had been made we sent them off to Lee so that the cushions could be made to fit. There was a problem with the supply of foam but Lee kept us fully informed. When you telephone or email him he gets back to you promptly. When the completed cushions came they were well packed and it was easy to fit them on to the sofa bases. The finished product looks great and is comfortable. His prices are reasonable in our opinion. He is thoroughly recommended.

What a fantastic service and product! We had a sofa that wasn't as comfortable as we wanted so rather than buying a new sofa I found Cushion Supplier. I contacted them online about providing new cushions, they phoned me to talk through my order (a rare treat!) and then I sent in my cushion covers so I didn't even have to worry about measurements. They sent back my covers within a week and then a few weeks later my cushions turned up and they are brilliant. The fit is perfect and they are so comfortable, I couldn't be a happier customer!

I was quite nervous about ordering online as I had spent money on foam fillings that were too small and pretty hopeless but surprise surprise, this company actually picks up the phone and helps! I was looking to replace the inserts to the seat cushions of an old leather sofa. I wasn't sure what size inserts I should get, what they should be made of or what level of firmness to go for. I got immediate responses to my email queries, helpful pointers for things I hadn't considered (the cushions being fabric on the underside, for example, and double checking the dimensions of all the cushions) so I could make the right choice. The inserts fit perfectly, the delivery was quick and the sofa looks like new. Very happy customer.
