I will start by saying I’m so unsatisfied with my product I threw it away. I ordered a pet portrait based on a photo of my late grandfather and his dog. This was meant to be a gift for my grandma. The first rendition she sent back was so bad I immediately was like can I get a refund/ I don’t think this is going to work out. Then she informed she has a NO REFUND Policy. I went through numerous edits with her to try to get a product that my grandma would like and this process took so long because she only responds late at night. I should’ve paid attention to that but she says she based in California. Anyways I get the pillow after numerous delays in the mail. She said I would get the pillow by April, I got it a month later because of “shipping delays”. The quality of the pillow is so cheap, the seams are ripping and the fabric is so bad. It is very obviously AI and I can’t believe I paid over $100 for it. I contacted her to say I was so unsatisfied and again she said no refunds:) plus the package says it’s from china so you can connect the dots. It’s essentially an AI scheme out of china. I’m so upset by this whole thing, I would not recommend this business.

All the materials used to make the item are high quality. The detail in my pet portrait was very well done. I am noticing details they caught that I didn’t think to check for at the time. They also included a patch at seemingly no cost to me.
