The service is great - I reached out to a few USB companies but Oliver with CustomUSB was the only one to reach out via phone and email shortly after I made the request. Once I ordered them they were here within a week and the USB drives look awesome! Also really awesome they are made here in North America unlike a lot of competitors who are shipping from China. Great customer service! I ordered some custom printed power banks and they arrived on time, beautifully and carefully printed. I had an issue with the boxes that the power banks came in being a bit flimsy and therefore some of them creasing during shipment just from moving around inside the bigger shipping box. I reached out and the company is sending me replacement boxes. The quality of the product and printing is excellent, but their customer service? GREAT. That's what makes a repeat customer.
