I have ordered from thee and never got my stuff and wrote them 4 times and still nothing cant even get my money back ..should be ashamed taking people's money that they worked for... never ever again will I order from them

I have not received my order and its been more than 30 days I emailed and no response this website is trash. Nobody order from them! I will be sharing my experience in all of my social media platforms to make sure nobody orders from them.

After 29 days of my order " pending " and sending multiple emails to CuteThee I got PayPal involved to refund my order. Zero correspondence, no clothing, huge waste of time. Such a shame as I was very much looking forward to the order. Dont bother...you'll never get the clothes. Scam

If I could give this company zero stars I would my tracking states this was delivered to me on 4/24 which I have never received my package I’ve sent emails which I get no response BUYER BEWARE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR PURCHASES !!!!!

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I also have not received the four baby outfits I ordered as an Easter gift. I sent an email inquiring where was my package and have gotten no response. I just sent a second email requesting a refund. I doesn't look very promising that I will get a reply.

I ordered 4 outfits 22 days ago. I haven’t gotten a updated email. They won’t respond to any of my emails. You can’t contact Tejon at all. I’m so disappointed this was a baby shower gift. I spent more then $50 on this place to not get a simple email let alone my package.

I order from them maybe a month ago and still haven’t heard anything back and I also can’t get in touch with this company I sent out many emails to them but still no reply this site is a scam I believe I don’t have money to just give away NEVER AGAIN

.I also never recieved a tracking number. I ordered 3/11. My account was charged 3/13. I have heard nothing from them and have emailed them 3 times.

All these reviews are correct. Do not order from them! They take your money but refuse to reply to emails even though they say their customer service is exceptional. It’s been 4 weeks since my order and I have not received any email on where my items are and have sent 3 emails asking about the order. This company sucks. Don’t order from them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are very quick to take your money but send you a HEADBAND instead and forget getting your money back. They ignore all your emails.

I placed an order and started to panic because I never received a confirmation email. I started to panic more when reading terrible reviews about this shop, so I asked for a refund. Cutethee emailed me the next day and I’ve received my refund today.

I ordered an outfit several weeks ago. I checked the status of it and it said it was delivered on 04/04/2020. No outfit was ever delivered, and I emailed the 3rd party store, twice, and never got a response. I will be contacting my financial institution for a refund. DO NOT order from this company.

The first time I ordered from this company I got exactly what I ordered although it took 4 weeks. The clothes were super cute and fit as expected. I placed another order 2/27/20 and they took the money from my account on 2/28/20. I haven't received anything except a headband that I didn't even order. I've emailed twice and haven't heard anything from them. They have had my money for 36 days now and they can't even be bothered to reply to my emails. Pandemic or not, someone should be monitoring the email account. I would suggest that NO ONE ever order anything from this place!!

I ordered 3 outfits for my baby almost a month ago and nothing has come yet. My tracking number doesn’t work, I can’t contact them, nothing.

Okay so update I did get all my outfits and they are super cute but the quality is a bit on the poor side and the sizes are all way too big. I ordered two newborn and one 3-6 and I got two 3-6 and one 18 month

I've placed an order for 4 different baby boy outfits and was sent a tracking number that had some activity which ended on March 11th at Ottawa with no movement since. Today, April 1st, I received a nylon baby girls headband with that same tracking number listed as my order! It seems they take your money, ship some nonsense to you to show that something is en route and scam you completely! I'm so furious!!!!!

Am absolutely disguted. Still waiting for my package. I've emailed them 4 times and not 1 reply. I am unemployed and haven't got money to waste. I received a head band that I didn't even order, which was the wrong one anyway.

If I could give zero stars I would because they give zero !#$&*. Update to my "Unsatisfied Customer" review I previously wrote. I had ordered 4 items and just last week finally received one of those items. Keep in mind I still have yet to receive any tracking information or any responses to my multiple emails I have sent. IT WAS THE WRONG BOW ENTIRELY. Not only was it the wrong color, but the wrong style by far. I guess I should be somewhat thankful I got anything compared to other reviews I have read. This company needs to be SHUT DOWN whether I get my items or not.
