I was very impressed with how the shipment came wrapped as well as it did, to insure it arrived safe and unharmed....cause after all it was precious cargo, lol

It took too long for the order to ship. I almost cancelled the order. I will think twice about ordering through Country Wine in the future.

Great to deal with. A bit pricey but sometimes you just have to go with it.

Great service speed and packaging, would earn the 5th star if:
- Myers bottle was glass as pictured rather than the plastic I received
- selection increases for my favorite Tequilas (Anejo/Double Anejos)
- more competitive $ w/my usual mail order spirit store (Old Towne Tequila)

Once friends got my gifts they loved the packaging and products.

Wide selection of spirits, mixers, and other ingredients to make cocktails. Fast shipping and very well packaged!

The packaging was excellent! I can't comment on the product. I haven't tried it. But it shipped quickly and arrived completely intact. So, we're happy!

Delivery arrived 2 weeks late without any notification of it being late or why it was late. It was a birthday gift but was ruined since it was delivered so late. Never patronizing this company again.

I recently purchased spirits from CWS. There was issue with the shipping. FedEx lost my package and then delivered the replacement package to the incorrect address. I contacted customer service via email and they went above and beyond to help resolve the issue. They were willing to file a lost package claim with FedEx and send a new package. Fortunately the package was located and has since been delivered. Point of all this is that the customer service that I received from CWS is very hard to find in this day and age.

Everything arrived well packed, and the mystery gift was a very nice Yucatan liquor.
