Very happy with the full bike service done on my old Trex AL4. Six years old but feels like new.
Quality tyre and part replacements at a very reasonable price.
They must be extremely busy when the sun shines, but the bike was ready in a couple of days.
Recommended. I'll definitely use these guys again.

Popped in as a last resort looking for a very specfic dowel nut. Had tried several local and well known bike shops where no one had s clue what the part was and jusgs ent us in our way. Once again they didnt know what it was, but they spent the time searching google and even finding somehwere we could order the part online. They were so incredibly helpful.

Cycling home from work late afternoon my chain broke walked to Cycle King Luton could tell they were busy & they replaced my chain asked when I last had the cassette done & gave the all clear just to have the chain ( point is they could have said that it needs more work ) so they were honest and kept my costs down which is good for repeat business .

Would recommend Cycle King at Bury Park Luton as a first class cycle shop.
I bought a Hilux Ampere bike from them, and they have been very helpful and interested in all the different minor problems I have had.
As this is my first electric bike, there were certain things that I needed to ask, and they were always attentive and willing to respond accordingly.
The manager especially went out of his way to help.
If you need to buy a bike Cycle King are the best, and have many branches, go for it

Got a new bike but on assembly discovered the pads were rubbing on the disc. Went to Cycle King Luton who fixed in no time. Impressed by the excellent service received. Will definitely visit again for servicing and equipment needs. Highly recommended!

Probably the best customer service we have ever received. Paul and his team were outstanding from the welcome, speed of service and the team genuinely seemed happy to help (even the teenage boys that stopped to borrow an Allen key)
