lifting by your pannier straps
Your bike panier bags made from lorry covers are lasting so well that I needed new straps for them - I had worn the first straps out. It was marvellous to get follow-up straps so quickly and cheaply in the post to replace the two that had lasted years of heavy use. It is so good to know that you are reusing materials and supporting education in Malawi.

Took ages to come and when it arrived…
Took ages to come and when it arrived postage hadn’t been paid. I had to pay £2.50 to the post office to have it delivered . When I contacted cycle of good they told me I would have to reclaim this myself.

Thanks for your review, you placed your order on the 29th of March and we posted your order on the 30th of March via Royal Mail 2nd Class letter, and we paid £1.65 to send it (I sent a screen shot to you at the time).
I recommended that you contact the Royal Mail with this extra information and tracking number and get a refund.
I'm sorry that you had to pay to collect your order.
