The washer itself is great, a brilliant addition to my home bar, 12 pint glasses cleaned perfect in 15 minutes. My only issue is that I can't find anywhere to buy some new detergent cassettes, none on the official website and doesn't seem to be any other supplier.

Few mixed reviews on here so we were a tad hesitant to buy a Bob but it had everything we needed plus a high score for at home repairability. So we went for it. The UPS delivery was super fast. We didn’t have any taxes to pay on delivery.
We had a bit of a hiccup after 8 days with one of the pumps not pumping water into Bob. We contacted Daan Tech and they were really helpful and replied in English. They have videos on how to open up Bob and repair or replace components. After a few messages from Daan tech it seems it may have just been an airlock in the system and Bob was working again with no repair needed. Having Bob opened up it seems pretty straight forward to replace components if needed.
Bob washes the dishes really well. We use half a dishwasher tablet and get good results. So much better than washing by hand! We’ve have to say that Bob has been thought out really well compared to other counter dishwashers. A few good features are:

The basket with different configurations is really helpful for different types of loads.
The door pops open at the end of the cycle to let steam out and the hot air dries the dishes without need for using electric drying.
Bob is taller than most counter top dishwashers so fits in large dinner plates whilst other countertop dishwashers don’t.
The hole to pour water into the tank is at the front of Bob and not the back like other dishwashers - our Bob is under shelving cabinets so we wouldn’t be able to get to the back. So far we’ve had a good experience are very happy!

Ordered my dishwasher on the 3rd of October and it still hasn't come!

Absolutely loooove BOB.
Pros:
- washes CLEAN
- fits perfectly on my tiny counter
- minimal noise
- cute design, cool lights, practical automatic door opener
- very user friendly
- actually pretty roomy for such a small thing!
- LIFESAVER!!

Cons:
- when it arrived it had a broken pump already, so had to send it back
- customer service is HORRENDOUS, the only reason it got fixed quickly is because of the third party I purchased from.
- the Price (8000NOK) is very expencive, a bit overpriced, I think 5-6000NOK is more realistic, since everything is made out of plastic.

Nightmare.
Ordered bob in good faith.
Paid all in one price and was excited to receive it.
Then got a customs invoice for extra charges
I cancelled the order with Ups and asked them not to deliver.
I contacted Dann tech and asked why I was getting extra charges from ups.
Dann tech were too slow in responding but eventually agreed I shouldn't be charged and they would reimburse the cost.
But it was too late by then and the package was on its way back to them in France.
They offered to resend bob, but I thought it was too much hassle and I wasn't impressed.
I have now been waiting for a refund for weeks.
I placed my order on 1st August.
It was returned to them by 7/8th August.
They confirmed the return 20th August.
They advised I would receive a refund within 14 days on 22nd August.
I have still not received my refund.
They then advised the accounting department was on holiday.
So I am still awaiting my refund.
They do not want to give me back my money.
Awful terrible company to deal with.

I placed my order, then asked when is the delivery date & got a very curt reply but never saw a message that said or have still not seen a message that it would not be delivered until the middle of August?

Bought from them direct, was hit with a £78 import duty. I asked them why they didn't mention I would have been better served buying their product from Amazon, would have been around £100 less. No reply. Struggle to get connected, then found they didn't have an app to help, so why the wi-fi?
I feel scammed.

Excellent communication from the team and very good and fast customer service.

I ordered BOB the dishwasher - which has been very easy to install and has been cleaning my dishes well - especially handy to have the 20 minute quick wash.

I bought a Bob dishwasher from this company. It was dispatched in just over a week and it was delivered a couple of days later. My only issues were that the plug supplied was EU so useless in the UK. I also had an issue with UPS who delivered the dishwasher but that's separate from Daan Tech. They refunded customs costs quickly too.

Bob is great

Very quick from order to delivery. Website easy to use and to see exactly what you are ordering and price. And not least a fantastic range of colours, no more boring white you can have a dishwasher to match your decor

I have been looking for the right dishwasher for many months, I gave up for a while until a video appeared on YouTube. As someone who never intended having a dishwasher I found myself needing one due to becoming disabled and unable to wash dishes anymore. The Daan-Tech Bob. looked just perfect for the limited space in my kitchen and decided to purchase this dishwasher, I have been using it for three weeks now and have found it to do an excellent job (please note a machine this size does have some limitations) and find the express setting very capable for our needs and also has been a life saver by no longer struggling in agony to wash the dishes.

It very often doesn’t clean well, I’ve put things in it 4x and still wash up again by hand, it was useful but not always clean. I’ve had it for 2 years just and a big crack on the bottom, water pours out, contact customer sale in English, they come back in French , contact again can you reply in English? All this is a long time NOT quick to reply, they ask questions, I sent back answers, they reply asking same questions, I reply again, 4x in total I sent pictures of big crack on bottom, their answer was it’s out of warranty send it back at your own expense, which is one hundred pound there and again back and they didn’t say they would fix it, it’s not been the best as I said I’m always washing things by hand after it’s been in there , would I recommend NO don’t bother, my friend bought 1 on Amazon cheaper and better.

I did a lot of online reviews for a compact dishwasher and settled on Bob, I absolutely love the product. I have no room to plumb in a traditional dishwasher and I live on my own so Bob is used daily and the results are great. I have added the connection kit to my tap which was fairly easy and the machine itself was easy to assemble. Reordering the rock and roll cassette is easy and they come quickly, have had no issues with interacting with the company from the uk. I personally find that using standard tablets works as well if not better than the pop cassette and the ability to use manual filling of the water tank means I can move Bob around and still use him. I did wonder how good the reviews had been but I am absolutely not disappointed, love my Bob.

I asked them for a refund of the pop cassette because they are awful and don’t wash plates very well, leaving residue all over. Instead of refunding, they asked me to WEIGH the cassette??? I also asked them to send me a blank cassette to prevent the electronics under the door getting damaged by water and they ignored this request, customer service is AWFUL. I also paid around £90 in VAT and customs fees which apparently they are now covering the cost of (according to their site) - but they didn’t contact me to offer to refund my fees!

I had considered the Joe as a follow up purchase but the entire ordeal has left a sour taste in my mouth and I couldn’t even recommend it to someone else - in fact just the other day I told someone NOT to buy a Bob, that the company is awful - saved them £400!

The troubleshooting link are all of them are not working on my android phone.please help if there is a way to read.

Absolutely love my little dishwasher!
The size fits perfectly in the drainage part next to the sink, while others were too wide. Loved that I could customise the colours and LEDs as well. All others are biting white or black.

The instructions for how to set it up are a little all over the place but easy enough to follow along.
The OS is quite nice and you can set your own cycles and change settings etc. which I thought was nice and modern.

I’ll update the review after using it longer. I’m especially interested in how easy it is to replace parts if/when they break as that improves the environmental impact of the machine.

My only gripe is that it has a wonderful system to put the detergent in but they rope you in with their own “pop” and “rock” system which is plastic and not refillable. There is a place to put dishwasher tab, but it’s just a little dent in the wall so not as sophisticated a system.
After the pop and rock cassettes that came with my machine are done, I don’t think I’ll be buying more as it doesn’t seem very eco friendly to be chucking out plastic, where before my dishwashing experience was completely plastic free. (Yes it might be recycled plastic but I don’t want to send that to landfill every 30 washes.) I’d love for it to be reusable.

Love my new Bob, speedy delivery to the UK via DPD and made it easy to pay customs charges. Five stars!
