I placed an order 5 times on COD basis but never received the delivery. Tried to buy on COD basis instead of prepaid as there were negative reviews all around. Good that I didn't pay in advance. I'm sure I won't have got the product or even my money back had I paid in advance. MY ADVICE- DON'T BUY

I ordered GOBOULT Z40 PRO earbuds but I received TRIGGR APEX S2 earbuds. I informed several times through mail but no response. It is first class fraud and forgery site.

I recently ordered a product from dailydeals365.in after finding an item on their website that was not available anywhere else and at a lower price. Since I was unsure about the website, I chose Cash on Delivery (COD) for the order.

After placing the order, I received regular SMS updates about the shipment, which initially made the experience seem reliable. The package was finally delivered through Delhivery, and I paid for the order at the time of delivery.

However, when I opened the outer package, I found the seal of the actual product package was already broken. When I opened the product package, I was shocked to find a very well used CP-PLUS CCTV Camera. This immediately raised concerns about the condition of the product and as suspected, the product didn't turn ON.

I took pictures right away and emailed their support team with the details and evidence. Unfortunately, I never received any response from them. What makes the situation worse is that they don’t even provide a customer support phone number, so there is no way to speak to anyone directly.

Based on my experience, dailydeals365.in appears to be an unreliable and potentially cheating company. I strongly advise everyone, not to order from this website, as there intension seems to be cheating by delivering used/defective products.

I have order a fire boltt ninza g201 earbuds order no. #136804 and I got a completely different product name *triggr* And then I sent an email for return but did not get any response, then went to the website and connected and they told me that they want the unboxing video, now where should I get the video from, I had not made the video. Don't buy this website, it is a complete scam.

I had a very bad experience with this seller. **Order ID #132449**, placed on **04/02/2026**. I ordered a **Samsung EVO Plus 128GB microSDXC UHS-I U3 (130MB/s) Memory Card with Adapter**, but instead received a **completely different product (HP SD Card)**, and that too **damaged**.

This is not a small mistake—it feels like **fraud and misrepresentation**. Sending a cheaper, wrong, and damaged item in place of a branded product is unacceptable.

I have requested an **immediate full refund**, but such practices seriously break customer trust. Buyers should be very careful before ordering from this seller.

Such a Pathetic Experience on purchasing Beetel Cordless Phone.
Thought of getting little less compared to Amazon and Flipkart and ordered for now I am paying the price.

When I received the package it was already tampered.
No Battery was there for which I have ordered seperately in Amazon
The product was already used one. There was already dialled numbers listed in contacts list.
The Adaptor was faulty not working.

Upon reaching the chat support (since no phone support was available), I was asked to upload the unboxing video (fortunately I have taken) and informed the executive will revert in 6-7 business days. Which is pathetic.
And no where you can get live agent support. Later I was realised that I was totally scammed by these people.
If you want real peace of mind while purchasing the products, better choose Amazon or Flipkart.
COMPLETELY STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Otherwise you will end up in spending time and posting here.

Prices here are actually lower than most sites I check. Bought once just to try, but the experience was decent so I’ll probably order again.

They have sent cheaper product of different brand. Then I checked the reviews and came to know that it is their established practice. Return and replacement policy is dubious. Deliberately products are sold only on COD to make return difficult. Moreover if you insist for return, there are chances that your money will be forfeited by their tricky methods.

I ordered a Tapo TP link outdoor CC camera and this website sent me a Philips CC camera. I have been trying to connect with them through their support agent chat, send them an unboxing video, but to no avail. First they sent a wrong product and after that you cannot talk to a relevant customer service executive to solve the problem they themselves created. No replies to email except that they have received my mail. This is a fraudulent website out to cheat customers and my advise would me not to touch anything here with a barge pole or you will be sorry. Some shady website operating from Gurgaon. The do not even deserve a single star, rather negative ratings. You will know that the product is wrong only after you unwrap the package, as the original company packing is concealed in another box tightly sealed with plastic tape.

I ordered Oppo Enco Buds 2 from DailyDeal365, but they delivered boAt Airdopes 115 instead — a completely different and cheaper product.

I immediately emailed them, tried calling the number listed (which is invalid), and used their chatbot, which claimed my replacement request was forwarded to the concerned team. I was told I’d receive a response within 24–48 hours. but there's still no response, no tracking, no resolution.

This is unacceptable and feels like a scam operation. There’s zero accountability, fake contact numbers, and no real customer service. If you’re thinking of buying from this site, don’t risk it. You may not receive what you actually paid for.

Avoid this website at all costs. I am now filing a consumer complaint and taking further legal steps.
