There is great info, but for those of us new to this all of the acronyms are confusing.

I enjoy the daily email updates. I think the information is very helpful. I am not rating it 5/5 bc I have yet to utilize the points I’ve accumulated to book a trip on Daily Pro. I’m planning an European trip in 2027 and hope that the tools provided help to get me the best value for the flight/trip. The videos are very helpful and I believe that the Daily Drop team will be there when I have questions.

I love the information presented on how to get the best deal using different airlines, hotel chains, credit cards, and best of all stacking deals. I love that you offer beginner tutorial videos on all the things you talk about. That the bulk of your information is free and those who want more have that option as well. Daily emails with great finds; weekly emails with fun quizzes and articles based off past quiz answers - I feel like your team actually listens!

I’ve been aware of the points business yet no one has made it click for me better than Daily Drop! Your website is chock full of easy to use resources and articles that address just about every question out there (if not, you add it just when I need it!). Your video contents are short, sweet and very inspiring, and the online seminars are the bombs 💣 I learned so much in just a short amount of time and am having fun earning & using points!

But the strength of DD lies probably with the writers. I LOVE reading your articles every day - I appreciate the fun and conversational tones, and the quality of contents make my morning read worthwhile even just to scan through it.

To top it off, I never expected that your content director would actually read and reply to my email!! We had fun conversations and she incorporated my suggested itinerary for Japan in her article. That actually helped lend street credit for a Japan tour I happen to be inaugurating, so I appreciated it very much🙏🏼

All in all, I can’t help talking about DD to anyone who would listen😆 Please keep up the great work!

Great information! I never really knew what card(s) to get or how to use my credit card points to maximize my ability to see as much of the world as possible. After finding the Daily Drop I am so much better equipped to get the travel deals that will allow me to do so.

Going PRO with Daily Drop was a no-brainer. Their support has been instant, friendly, professional and, for us, absolutely astounding. As rather new travelors (20-year hiatus from travelling), we were finding research for a budget-friendly trip to Montreal difficult and complicated. One email to DD and we had a plan in a day that involved moving points from a card to an airline, which made our trip free, along with advice on how to further manage points. I tell everyone I know about this wonderful team.

For someone who is about to embark on extensive travel in retirement - and not sure exactly how to do it in the most efficient, cost effective way - the info provided by the Daily Drop has proven to be quite valuable. I’ve already used it to select a travel card, and I’m using the data they provided to gear up to best use points, portals, and affiliates. Still pretty much in the learning stage, but I’ve certainly added to my list of items and places to look into further.

I generally like DailyDrop. Two areas for improvement:

1) Flight Points Search -- restricting the search to 3 airports is too limited. Please expand, to allow a search for multiple airports or a region (like google flights allows).
2) I find that within a few hours of you sending an email with a "deal", that price is no longer available. I realize maybe someone grabbed the deal. But anything you can do to keep the information fresh would be helpful.

Daily Drop's information is informative and actionable. Love reading it every day.

So far, so good. I really enjoy seeing all the email deals come in automatically and it saves so much time!

Im pretty new at the Daily Drop, but so far a great experience. Staff have been super receptive via email AND in the chat. You will get an answer in the PRO chat same day! The deals have been great ( I haven’t found one yet to use). Also LOVE the trainings they offer. Have been learning so much!! Great value for what I paid.

I love the community and participating in the Facebook group. I have learned so much. I also appreciate the free videos; I watched them all. Unfortunately, I don't think I'm getting anything extra for the premium I paid, though. The searches are slow and I can search on lots of sites so the information isn't different. Again, though, the community and information shared is fantastic.

Deals that are emailed are almost never available. Will not be renewing.

Not gone after looking 3 days later, like gone 3 minutes after receiving the email for a deal with 50 outbiund flights and 50 inbounds….check 10 of each and none have availability.

New to miles. I took the beginner courses as well. Been learning alot about miles. Got one of the chase cards after reading about them. Wish you offered classes during mountain time. I know its later for you all, perhaps a late start too your day once a month. And we all you all like perks- What a perk to sleep in.😀
Awesome I didn’t know that I can add my name to the list and watch any of the videos on demand. I’ll try to figure that out next. Now that’s a five star for me.

It is very educational since I am basically a beginner. And each time I read a newsletter it builds on the knowledge I’ve been receiving. This is giving me more confidence to make those decisions to use the points and use the transfer partners!
