We have used Dairy 2 Door for quite a while now and I have to say that there is never any issues. Julie in account is so professional and friendly. The milk arrives before we wake up and is always fresh and still cold when we bring it in. I would highly recommend Dairy 2 Door the milk tastes so much better than milk from the supermarkets from a plastic gallon. My children have actually started drinking milk on its own whereas before it would end up going off.

Great service every week, lots of groceries apart from milk. The best yogurt too, from Tim’s Dairy! I’m addicted.

I have been having milk and other products from Dairy2door for several years and cannot fault their service. Their website is easy to use, and paying bills by bank transfer has always worked well. They were also totally reliable through the pandemic and it was a comfort to know that the items I ordered would be there.

Great customer sevices. Just need to communicate a bit more with customers when things change , i.e driver shortages that mean your milk order could change. Other than that i have no real complains about their service or products at all. I can recommend them.

Just received my first delivery, and the service (Round 6: Jamie) has been exceptional. Order was delivered prior to my taking a look outside at 06:30, so pleased to say the first Coffee of the day was therefore suitably milky.

Customer Registration process was simple, and the selection of products was comprehensive. I ordered a selection of foodstuffs as well as the obvious Milk (in Glass Bottles, great to see).

Everything appears to be of good quality with reasonable use by dates. Local producers used where appropriate as evidenced by the brands or source of the products. So it is pleasing to help local producers as well as a local business in Dairy2Door.

The Tech side was seamless. The ordering experience, Payments and the Website generally are excellent. Simple to use interface across multiple Devices (I've used smartphone, Tablet and desktop to access various services) without any problems.

A pleasure to recommend them.

we have used Dairy2Door for quite a while now and can highly recommend them. So much you can order and they are so reliable.

Deliveries on a regular basis very early so that you can collect from your doorstep before you go to work. Milk, eggs, fruit juices, etc - even bags of compost for the garden at reasonable prices.

Easy communication via phone, email. Even easier through your personal account.

Don't hesitate - get a regular delivery so that you can plan your day without having to shop!

Very efficient. Always delivered early & to requested order. Direct debt payments work well & emails promptly replied to. Only reason I've not given a 5 star is that the website is a bit clunky, in particular it's difficult to suspend deliveries on line.

Great service. Friendly and always happy to help. Just don’t know what I would have done without the milk and other groceries during lockdown when all the bigger companies let us down.
