0 stars DO NOT buy anything from them. There is no tagging on clothes so they send old clothes. They are delivered from China and the return has to be paid by you. You will get better clothes way better quality in the cheapest shop in uk.
Their customer service is shocking as well. The delivery takes long.
Save youreself a heartache when you receive clothes smelling like glue and made by a 5 year old. I have now submitted a complain of fraudulent dealings and false representations with the advertising agency. Scammers. Do not purchase anything from them.

Rubbish posted from China very cheap. Customer service says return to China?! Companies house lists DAISY LILY LIMITED, directors Melissa Daisy Dawson and Phoebe Lily Dawson. Registered address Mc GROUP DEPOT , BEDDOW WAY, FORSTAL ROAD, AYLESFORD, KENT, United Kingdom, ME20 7BT. Phoebe’s instagram page (pheobedawsonn) links to some other associate companies (borrowedfrom.co.uk) at this address also and to the Daisy & Lily scam site. I would suggest everybody posts their crappy clothes directly back to this address with a note telling them your thoughts. I’m sure their dad who owns the truck company will be thrilled with all the packages of garbage arriving!

Completely duped by the ‘London” in their company name on website. They offered me a 10% return or I have to pay for return to China, obviously would have to send signed for which will be expensive. No wonder they don’t have a review section on their website. Awful customer service, DO NOT buy from this compsny

Just received a dress that is nothing like the photo. The material is poor quality and the pattern is printed rather than embroidered. Would definitely not recommend using this company and have requested a full refund

This is fraudulent company. If I could give negative stars I would. I paid. They sent the wrong item so I did not get what I paid for and they want to charge me full price again to correct THEIR mistake.

I was also duped into believing this is a uk based company.
I received an item that looks like it should be used as an example prior to production.
I wont even give it a charity shop.
The fit is terrible and the material is stretchy and shiny cheap rubbish.

SCAM WEBSITE - DO NOT PURCHASE
The products are not as described on their website - they are cheap horrible tat. They are deliberately misleading you - they are NOT based in London. Products are shipped from China, and when I contacted for a return, they said I was liable for return costs to China. I have reported the company to Advertising Standards Agency as this website is deliberately misleading and falsely advertising.

Wish I had checked all these reviews as they are correct. Although the website suggests they are based in the UK the items come from China. My dress took 2 weeks to arrive which was too late. Although I would not have worn it anyway as it's made out of cheap material and was too small - I ordered a medium and am a size 12UK.
Furthermore you have to ship the item back to Asia if you want a refund, which is not really worth it if you only have one item as it's the same price. Avoid!

So so disappointing. I ordered a jacket and it was absolutely nothing like the one advertised. Returning the item means shipping back to Daisy and Lillys central warehouse in Asia (which I will have to pay for) with no guarantee that a refund will be offered! I would not recommend ordering from here!

I wish I had read these reviews before being duped. Ordered the lobster shirt and shorts set. Material & style was nothing like the pic, material was smooth and shiny not crinkled like the pic. Shorts were not ´short’ but down to my knees. Totally duped by this company…rubbish

Wish I could give no stars and so annoyed I was fooled by the slick advertising. The items have arrived and look absolutely nothing like the adverts. Furthermore they are coming from
China which would have been a red flag but I thought it was a British company. Don’t make My mistake and buy from them. Horrible. Cheap. Very badly made. Some shiny synthetic material. Super disappointed. I have raised a formal complaint with Barclaycard so don’t sit by and do nothing. They did at least respond to my email but offered me 10% refund or suggested I had a voucher to buy a new item. Neither is satisfactory. DO NOT use this company

The boots I ordered did not look like the ones on the web, they appear as available from a few sellers. On the Daisy and Lily website they do not describe the materials, (I wanted leather) I can't believe I didn't check Trustpilot separately to the website. Returning them is proving very difficult, you have to email them and their replies suggest they are ignoring my reasons for returns and deliberately delaying. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. (Delivery also took ages).

Like other reviewers, I don't know why I didn't check out Trustpilot prior to ordering from the alleged "Daisy and Lily". My order, (which looked like an upmarket autumn jumper in the web pic) eventually arrived today. I am Very disappointed at the quality/ materials/ sizing/ finishing . Not based in London, in China. Website is deliberately misleading. Wouldn't ever order from them again. Caveat Emptor!

Same experience. A total waste of money. Dresses took weeks to arrive and were utter cheap rubbish bearing little resemblance to the products advertised. Different fabric (so cheap) and cut was just awful. One can only be described as ‘hilarious’. Just standard Chinese factory rubbish. Turns our returns are at my cost (to China presumably). A total scam .. do not buy any of their products. For some reason I didn’t check reviews. Fell for the Instagram algorithm which usually shows me quality dresses ..

I have sadly decided not to buy anything from this company after reading the reviews. However I did notice that they are using a Trustpilot logo to claim a score of 4.8 - no hyperlink obviously!

This company is a complete scam. I'm kicking myself for being taken in by a company advertising on Instagram. Two shirts bought. Delivery slow. The quality was so poor I didn't bother to open the second one. I asked for refund as per their website (!). Just received an email offering a very low percentage of the payment back and I can keep the shoddy, cheap items.

Really wish I'd checked it here before buying. Item absolutely nothing like advertised, was meant to be embroidered cotton and what arrived is 95% polyester with embroidered print pattern..over two weeks to arrive and no response to email. Just putting it in the bin and hopefully someone will read the reviews before wasting their money...

This so called bunch of scammers do not even deserve 1 star . I must have been half asleep when I ordered off this website from Instagram . I would normally go to trustpilot first , but lacked concentration at that moment. Emails back and forward from Daisy Lily or any other name they made up . Reading all the reviews yes I was scammed also , £20 to return to Asia !! don’t think so , offered , this was their offer of goodwill…

Do not buy. They are not a UK company. I ordered a dress and it was not even the same dress that came and it was poor quality made and material. As a Uk company so I thought I would have consumer rights act act for a refund. No, not a UK company. Return to Asia.
