Good experience with them
Good experience with them. Their support team has always answered. My questions has been very helpful. Also, they didn’t have to, but they did anyways the new batteries come out with 11 year warranty. The batteries I had bought before a couple years back only had a 10 they gave me the extra one year Great service.

Great batteries
Great batteries. They work great in low temperatures. Only thing i can think of is it that would be nice to have a built in battery monitor for your power boxes. Or a Bluetooth app that has battery monitor on it.

Dakota Lithium made the purchase of a battery easy.
I found the experience to be very easy. I had no problem ordering a battery. I received a shipment notification very shortly thereafter. I had to downsize the battery holder for the smaller more powerful battery. I have only taken my boat with the new battery out once and the battery worked flawlessly. I have no qualms with Dakota Lithium what so ever.

Have a 12v 10 Ah baterry for my helix 7…
Have a 12v 10 Ah baterry for my helix 7 that was 4 years old. This year the Battery was only lasting 4 hours, usually was closer to 12+ hours run time. Called Dakota lithium, they sent a replacement. Great customer service.

It took 10 months to get my battery. In that time I got no call back when I tried to cancel my order. No refund. Went and bought a different battery.

Great replacement for kid's electric toys.
We bought a 12v 10Ah deep cycle battery to replace the lead acid one in my son's Ryder electric jeep and it works great. The battery fit like a glove and he's ridden on it for almost a month now without needing to charge it. The deep cycle is great too so that if he leaves it on and drains it there's no harm to the battery. Really incredible the energy density of these batteries. Shipping and processing was a bit slow but I ordered right at Christmas so it was to be expected. Highly recommend!
