Well honestly I’m not really sure about this product on me, but my skin is not what i expected it to be since using the product. First of all am a light skin person and since using the products I have not been able to get a hold of my face needless to say my entire body. I feel both skin types should definitely not use same products but that’s what I see from it. I think that should be considered as well. But honestly I’m not happy with the results I am getting, I don’t expect me to bleach which i wasn’t but this has really messed up my face especially

I love dang product but the issue lately as been non availability of stock and delay in deliveries when you place an order.

Ability to use the site without confusion and speedy delivery service

Totally disappointed with the size of the Azelaic acid. The size is very unreasonable. It is better there’s no small size rather than making something this tiny.

Then the delivery took too long for that high cost. I expected something more swift.

I was part of the midnight gang for the mid year sales on July 1st and shockingly, got my items by July 2nd. I was so happy. Niacinamide is the only thing I couldn't get. Patiently waiting to have it back in stock

I promise you, you will hate yourself for not buying a better brand. The staff are incompetent from top to bottom. My order was not delivered completely and it took almost a year to rectify. No compensation, nothing. They held unto my order for that long and they still mentioned that they don’t have a refund policy. I sent mails upon mails and these mails went months before they were replied. Long story short, bunch of unserious people who don’t know what they are doing.

The website was easy to use. My order was delivered within the period of time stated when I chose method of delivery. The products are of premium quality.

I have a problem with the amount i was charged for tax. The added tax was over 8.7% of my initial purchase, It’s the highest I’ve paid in all my online shopping experience (and I shop online A LOT) it’s a turn off.

Improve your delivery process.lagos to Lagos shouldn’t take more then 2 working days,so why should I wait 3 to 5 working days to get an item I paid for??????
