Great products and customer service
There was a mistake with my recent order, and it was resolved very quickly. Darkwolf responded almost immediately, and after a short conversation offered a couple options to rectify the issue, allowing me to choose what was most convenient to me. I returned the incorrect product, and the proper replacement was shipped out at the same time. Overall, I am very happy with both the product, and the customer service.

Darkwolf not only helped get me out of a situation with a saber scammer through great advice, they did one better and actually got me the saber I was waiting for 3+ months from this other seller. I have now made three purchases with Darkwolf Sabers. My General Leah is outstanding. I have also purchased 2 sabers for my grandsons to dual with. These two sabers can take a beating lol. They have given me the best customer service from start to finish. Always answers all questions and has made the timeframes advertised. Which in this day and age is exceptional.
