Your order has already been fully refunded, despite the product having been shipped and a replacement controller arranged at no additional cost.

Regarding delivery time, we do not advertise or guarantee 14-day shipping for heavy electrical equipment such as wind and solar systems. These are specialized items that require international freight handling, customs clearance, and safety compliance checks, which can extend delivery timelines beyond standard parcels.

We acknowledge that the initial controller sent was incorrect, and we took immediate action to arrange a replacement. However, international logistics and customs processes can sometimes cause delays that are outside our direct control.

We also recognize that communication could have been better during this process, and we are actively improving our support systems to prevent similar experiences in the future.

We always aim to be transparent and fair, and in this case, we ensured the matter was resolved with a full refund.

Our Maglev 5kW 48V turbines are always shipped according to the voltage specified in the customer’s order. Each unit is tested at the factory and matched with its corresponding 48V MPPT controller. If the turbine is only outputting 12V in strong winds, this may indicate:

*A wiring or connection mismatch (DC polarity or controller input settings).
*Incorrect controller programming for the 48V battery bank.

According to Dartello Ltd’s warranty and support policy, we ask all customers who face performance issues to share with us:

*Order number and invoice copy.
*Photos/videos of the turbine and controller installation.
*Controller settings currently in use.

Once we have these details, our technical team can quickly determine whether this is a configuration issue or if you may have received a mismatched product.

We kindly ask that in cases like this, you contact us directly first, as our support team is always ready to help troubleshoot, check installation settings, and if necessary, arrange a replacement within a 30-day period at no extra cost. This way, we can resolve the matter quickly without unnecessary delays or frustrations.
