I received a damaged item and the lady in customer service arranged for a replacement. It arrived the following day, no questions asked. Couldn't have been more helpful.

Very good quality suff very nice looking really good. Thanks for the good service and Delivery on time. We will order again for more things we love it keep up the good work and keep everyone happy what you do. Very happy.

Despite the first item arriving damaged in transit (it was well packaged and Fragile clearly labelled) Darthome dealt with the situation quickly and efficiently and the refund was back in my account next day. I ordered again and the beautiful ornament arrived safely within 48 hours. Excellent service from start to finish. Thank you … why can’t all companies be like this

Everything we ordered was good but we would have liked the vase to have been in a box. Delivery was also good.

Chopping boards ordered. one was really poor quality. it had a pretty big knot in it right in the middle with a hole about the size of a penny, which had been filled with wood filler I’m ok with knots in wood,…i get it…but this is a chopping board not a wardrobe, and using filler is just not right. it won’t last

i contacted customer support and they argued it was fine. said i could return but no offer of a free return

This shouldn’t have passed quality control

won’t buy from these again.

I ordered some storage tins, they emailed me to let me know one of the set was damaged and they would send the rest and then send an undamaged one later, which they did. Excellent customer service! And the tins are lovely.

Delivered promptly. Parcel well packed. Kept informed of progress.
