Took my money and did not return it

I decided to buy a VPS from them, paying with cryptocurrency. After several days from the moment of payment, the money still did not appear on the account.
I decided to clarify with the OxaPay payment service, which Dasabo uses, what happened with the payment. They replied that the payment was successful, and Dasabo needs to confirm it, the money went to them.
I wrote to Dasabo support with a question about the money. When I ask about the money that they should have, they do not answer anything specific.
They ask to send passport details, threatening to delete the account.
Do not use the services of this company, they do not return money, do not solve problems.

Your payment via OxaPay was successfully received. However, due to certain risk indicators, we requested standard identity verification (KYC) before proceeding — something clearly outlined as a possibility in our Terms of Service.

You were informed multiple times that verification was necessary to either activate the service or issue a refund. Despite this, you chose not to comply. This is not an arbitrary request — it's part of our compliance process, which protects both our platform and our users.

To be clear: we have not “taken” your money. It remains securely held, pending completion of the KYC process. No threats were made — only standard policy reminders that account access may be restricted if verification is refused.

We’re still happy to resolve this matter as soon as you are willing to complete the required steps.

Can terminate your server and you can loose an access to it

Hello!

Bought a cheap promo-VPS from this company. Out of a sudden they terminated the server. Blaming that it was reported for producing spam and used for proxy or so.

No reports from them, no preliminary information. Out of a sudden.

I have never ever installed anything even closely connected to mailserver or proxy server.

Good that it was just a promo-vps and i even didnt have time to use it.

Stay away from them

Stop making baseless accusations regarding false information. As a client, I am sharing the truth, and your actions appear arbitrary and lack valid reasoning.

Here are the facts:
You terminated the VPS without any warning, claiming it was used for spam or proxy services. I categorically deny this.

If you have evidence, please present it. What exactly was reported by your monitoring system? Show the details so we can investigate. What if there was a software vulnerability or unauthorized access by attackers, or a bug in your system? Anything could have happened, but none of it relates to my actions.

I only installed RDesktop, a web server, and a Cloudflare tunnel—none of which are related to mail spam or proxy activity. Moreover, the last time I accessed the server was in March, and I have not touched it since.

It seems you accepted payment for the server, then arbitrarily accused the client, terminated the VPS to free up the resources.

Whatever happened within your infrastructure or monitoring systems, it has nothing to do with me as a client. Terminating my VPS without proof or investigation is both absurd and unacceptable.

Your attitude is rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. Is this how you treat your clients? I stand firmly by my review.

Your VPS was terminated strictly in accordance with our Terms of Service due to confirmed abuse reports we received from external monitoring systems, which identified unauthorized activities. As per our policies — which every customer agrees to upon purchase — services involved in abuse are subject to immediate suspension or termination without prior notice to protect the integrity of our infrastructure and our other clients.

At no point did we act arbitrarily or without valid reason. We take the security and reliability of our services very seriously. If you believe there has been a misunderstanding, we invite you to contact our support team directly for further clarification.

The network situation is very bad


The network situation is very bad. I opened a ticket but got a cursory answer. I download from the Netherlands and say the speed is bad. It tells me that if I download from Germany it will be fixed.

Strange experience when tried to pay by…

Strange experience when tried to pay by crypto etherium. Sent exact etherium amount as requsted and got invoice unpaid, need 1$ more. Tried to send exact etherium amount needed and got imvoice unpaied because need $0.10 more. Tried juts to add funds and selected minimal $11 top up, sent exact etherium amount listed and again got invoice unpayed, and no extra funds to pay first invoice.

got VPS promotion new year, 500 mbps only to several countries, to another, it is as slow as 1 mbps... disk i/o is good, around 600MBps

I only ordered it because I saw there…

I only ordered it because I saw there was a free year renewal. I onlyI only ordered it because it comes with an additional year as a gift, but found out the activity had ended after I had purchased it, such a big disappointment, such a big loss. after finishing the order they tell me the event has ended. I'm so disappointed, and I feel like I've been cheated.
