Ordered a watch through TikTok shop…
Ordered a watch through TikTok shop from Davex back in December 25. Unfortunately it never came and when i contacted Tiktok for a refund Dave reached out to me and offered to send the watch again r give me my full refund. Thankfully the watch has arrived now and im delighted with it. Thanks Dave a fantastic customer service and even better quality watch.

Very disappointed, after seeing all the videos on tiktok singing this company’s praises, showing off the lovely packaging the jewelry came in and delivered with hand written notes, I made an order for a man’s silver chain (Christmas present) the item came nothing like this, only thrown in a unmarked plastic baggy, like something I bought from Shein, and I’m support hand that to someone as a Christmas present? I was fooled by TikTok shop unfortunately, lesson learned

Over the Christmas period we were extremely overwhelmed by the level of support we received and had far more orders than we could ever have anticipated. Unfortunately, during this time we completely ran out of our branded pouches, gift boxes, and gift bags, which is why your order did not arrive packaged as shown in some of our TikTok videos.
This was never the experience we aim to provide, especially for a Christmas gift, and I fully understand how frustrating this must have been. We should have communicated this better at the time and I sincerely apologise that we didn’t.
Please reach out to us directly and we would love the opportunity to make this right for you. Your support truly does mean a lot to us, and I’m very sorry that we fell short on this occasion.
