This is most pathetic service i have ever seen, taking money in advance and then not delivering products in 2 weeks even.
PLEASE SAFE YOUR SELF FROM THIS SCAM.
This service should be banned.

Scam/fraud for those who paid in advance via credit/debit card,they charged and not deliver the ordered items and their intention to fraud therefore don't even try it, Not only bad service/fraud mental irritation and much more.

Terrible service
i ordered three physiatric medicine and I made the payment, 20 minutes later I receive a call saying I cant order three Physiatric medicine on one transaction, upon further questioning they said its company policy which by the way is nowhere mentioned on the website and i was charged and latter told about it.

I asked for them to write it to me the fact they cant give me these three medicine despite it been prescribed by a well established doctor. also I've been taking these meds for over 5 years and I've purchased it in 3 different countries without any issue, there is no such rule that you can't buy them together, this is just a scam

I still haven't gotten an explanation to why this is a policy, its simply just exploiting the customers to make multiple orders so they can just charge extra

I ordered and it took ages to receivew the order. Secondly one strip was missing. They didn't refund for missing medicines. Their system is not mature.

Pathetic service, i placed two orders, and they took 10 days to deliver incomplete order. Each time after placing order, they asked me to exclude some medicines due to unavailability in their stock, surprisingly those medicines are available easily in market.

The worst app total fraud they charged my card and did not delivered since 3 days totally worst experience.

Lousy app and bad company. I had to cancel my order because could not wait for more than a couple of days for the medicines. Other people deliver within 30 minutes. The amount they charged me on my credit card will now be refunded after 20 days. Bad bad people. Stay away!

worst online company ever. It's been 8 days and still the medicines are not dispatched. The people at Dawai.pk are cheats and frauds.I hope the owners will read the bad reviews from different users. Don't use this app.

i ordered few things including pediasure chocolate flavor 400gram on dated 29-november-2021.
today dated 2:40 PM 12/14/2021 i recieved an parcel on my karachi address with the order # SJ7HXDR43-1979199.
in the meanwhile i make daily calls for follow-ups, as per their agents due to pediasure chocolate flavor 400gram shortage we are taking time. at the end yesterday they email me order deleivery with the list
in which pediasure chocolate flavor 400gram was mentioned. but when i recieved the parcel after 15 days pediasure chocolate flavor 400gram is missing. as i paid early via Credit card.
they charged me and then i call to report missing product of pediasure chocolate flavor 400gram, they said we appologise that we didn't put pediasure chocolate flavor 400gram as that in now we didn't arrange.
matlab ap ne customer ko 15 days se khuwar kiya or end per kehte hain hum mazrat khuwah hain k pediasure chocolate flavor 400gram hum nahi arrange kar sakey.
or ek new jargen k ap ki payment next 15 working days main ap k card main bhej di jaegi.mean ab mujhey or wait karna hoga. jab arrange ya nahi bhejna tha tou 15 days karachi k address k liye shipping kyun ruki.
bhai mat lena,is se better hai ap ksi mart se ya medical store se khud jaa kar khareed len bajae ynha pesa barbaad karen. me dhoka kha chukaa hoon baqi ap log safe rahen in loteron se.

VERY VERY BAD COMPANY. BIGGEST FRAUD NEVER USE THEM.

I made an appointment with the doctor but the doctor did not show up and when i contacted customer service they kept saying we are looking into it but still not done anything.
You will only waste your time and money with these third class company

Very disappointed. They confirmed the order but haven't delivered the medicines even after 10 days. If you have no stock then cancel the order instead of keeping customer waiting. Very third class team

Very pathetic service and worst customer service I ever have had. Never delivered the medicine even after a whole week which they claimed as fast. In the end, I have canceled the order, and it takes another 20 working days to be refunded. Shame on you!
Never use and recommend dawaai!

They delivered few damaged products. Few of the products were missing agent refused to refund. Even in case of order cancellation dawaai charged shipping fee.

Very poor service, Duphalac syrup was broken and all the other medicine was messed up, it took them 7+ days to deliver the medicine.
Not recommended at all.

The website is a fraud. They are giving unusual discounts on credit card purchase, and then do not provide the items and scam people with delaying tactics. The money is never returned.

Very bad service, they book the order and after a month they inform stock is short, and then you never get back your money

Extremely disapppinted. I have ordered an item 2 wks ago online and had paid online, whenever i contact the customer service they say that the product is out of stock while the website is urging other consumers to place and order immediately becuz the stock might end. Seems like a scam, i have contacted the Customer service twice but to no avail. Will never order anything from this shop again.
