Ordered a make up bag for my daughter for Christmas the beginning of December and 30 days later it has yet to arrive. When I reached out to customer service, they sent me a tracking number which at first showed the item was coming from Spain however, there were no new updates for days at a time. I sent an email to customer service requesting information on where my bag is and they supplied me with a tracking number that showed unable to track went and I clicked on the link. I emailed customer service again, who then simply copy and paste their previous email and resent it to me. I will never buy from this company again.

I bought this transfer pump last week. It didn't break the bank and worked superbly. Honestly, for the cost, the performance was excellent. This affordable piece of kit surpassed my expectations. Great value - highly recommend!

I ordered pants from their site 4 days ago and the money was taken immediately
I paid for fast delivery but have heard absolutely nothing from the company
Not the online service I am used to and it is beginning to look like a scam which is extremely disappointing
We need to take action on sites like this
The pants arrived today (15th April)
There was absolutely no notification of delivery status during this time
The pants are so thin I can see right through them when I hold th m up to the light
Not a scam but not a satisfactory experience either

Yep, you have read that correctly.

Ordered auto-ratchet straps that took 4 weeks to get to me and when they did finally arrive, they were ordinary ratchet straps (non-auto).

I sent them pictures from their website of the product AND pictures of when they sent me and they are completely different!

Their after sales help line says that they sent the correct ones, and then asked if maybe I want to think about 'gifting them to someone else'?

THEN they offer me $3 compensation to keep the product I never ordered!

Zero stars. SCAM. Ordered a Christmas gift early November 2023. It's now nearly the end of FEBRUARY 2024. No updates, no response from the company when I email requesting updates. Their "shipping" provider says "it's reached the destination country, ask your local post office". Can't actually track anything with the information they provided. Do not buy from this company.

Not only does my daughter love the design and colors of these shoes but they fit great! She has a difficult time finding comfy shoes (wide foot and doesn’t like anything tight) but these met her expectations. Couldn’t ask for anything more

Same as the others. I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering from them. Now over a month after I ordered and tracking just updated that my package was delivered to the wrong place 2 days ago. Will be asking for a refund, but doubt I'll get it based on my customer service experience so far.

Edit: Four months later, I finally got my money back by filing a transaction dispute with my bank. Dawnegy did nothing to refund my money, and I never got the item. In fact, after I filed the dispute, I suddenly got about a dozen more fraudulent transactions on the same card ordering random items that were apparently shipped to a non-existent address in Delaware. I can't prove it was Dawnegy, but it's the same MO. If they have your billing info, I strongly recommend cancelling your card ASAP.

Scam site. Ordered bookmarks for Christmas with expedited shipping. Arrived late and was the wrong item, a necklace.

Support is no help and at this point feels like a scam.

Scam, order over one month ago with express shipping and no order yet. they keep saying it is in transit and they cant refund it ! DO NOT SHOP FROM THEM

Terrible customer service! I ordered these boots 04 January and paid extra for VIP delivery 3-7 days. After multiple emails requesting updates on my delivery I just get excuses that the tracking takes several days to update. 17 January still no boots, no tracking information or offers to r Refund. Do not buy through this company dawnegy You will wait forever and they might not arrive at all! Buy them from a different company as they are offered on various websites.

I wear a solid 6.5 shoe which is what I ordered and this shoe is a bit snug. I plan to wear a nylon sock anyway but feel I would need to just to keep a bit of something to help my foot slip in and out of the shoe. The suede is a nice black look and the shoe is attractive. The shape of the shoe is elongated and makes your foot seem a little longer than it is which makes the shoe look more elegant. Overall very happy with the shoe. Simple and elegant.

Ordered product November 20. Their customer service would write back saying that it is still in transit. On January 8th, they said that it was delivered. However none of my cameras showed any deliveries for that day or the next. I have asked for full refund three times with no results. It is definitely an illegitimate company!

This sweater fits perfect and it’s so soft! It’s beautiful! The slight puff in the sleeves gives it a nice feminine touch. Did I mention it’s soft?!?

1: pay for the item and shipping costs again
2. Get money back minus the shipping costs and the loss of the product
