Terrible customer service! I purchased 3 bottles of Super Cissus, received a confirmation order, and was charged on my credit card. It has been over 10 days and I still have not received my order. There was no tracking number on my confirmation email so I decided to try and make contact with Day1nutrition just to verify that my order had shipped. (I had ran out of the rest of specified supplement). I sent an email 3 days ago with no response to there customer service address...no response. Because they had no phone number listed on their site but a physical address, I put it in google and found their phone number. I called it and got nothing but never-ending rings. I read alot of good reviews from this company before ordering but long story short, beware.
