Dear Client,

Thank you for your feedback. We are genuinely sorry that you feel dissatisfied with your recent experience and we fully understand how frustrating it is when profits are cancelled.

However, after a detailed review by our Risk & Dealing Desk, our monitoring systems detected that your account was using a latency arbitrage software, a trading technique which is expressly prohibited under our Terms & Conditions. For this reason, your account was blocked, and the profits generated by this activity were removed strictly in line with the agreement you accepted during registration.

To be fully transparent, our Terms & Conditions clearly state that:
1. We reserve the right to classify as abusive trading any strategy that exploits delays or discrepancies between our price feed and external quotes, including but not limited to latency arbitrage, use of automated software to exploit price lags, high-frequency scalping, or similar practices.
2. In case of such abusive or irregular trading, the Company may, at its sole discretion:
2.1 Block or suspend trading on the account,
2.2 Cancel, reverse or adjust transactions and any related profits generated from such activity,
2.3 Correct the account balance to the amount that would have existed had such transactions not taken place, and
2.4 Terminate the business relationship where necessary to protect the Company, its liquidity providers, and its clients.

These rules are not applied selectively. They are part of our standard risk framework and exist to protect the integrity of our trading environment and all of our clients, as well as to comply with our obligations towards our regulators and liquidity providers.

Please also note that while profits identified as arising from abusive trading can be cancelled according to the above clauses, clients retain the right to withdraw their legitimate funds in accordance with our withdrawal policy and regulatory obligations.

As this is a public platform, we cannot share your personal account data or the detailed technical logs here, but we are more than willing to review your case again and provide clarification directly. If you believe there has been an error, we invite you to contact us through our official complaints channel at complaints@dbinvesting.com, as outlined in our T&Cs. Your complaint will be handled under our formal procedure and, where applicable, you will also have the right to escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority.

We remain available to cooperate fully and resolve the matter within the official framework.

Dear Ms. Oza,

Thank you for your review. While we understand the frustration that can come with losses in trading, we believe it is important to address your claims with transparency and accuracy.

Your account shows that you deposited $500 and received a 50% bonus as part of our promotion. Unfortunately, your trading decisions led to the total loss of your funds within three days, from October 15th to October 18th. At no point did you reach out to us for support or guidance, nor did you attempt to withdraw any funds during this time. Additionally, no fees were charged to your account, and we adhered to our policies throughout your trading experience.

Trading in financial markets carries inherent risks, and while we provide the tools and resources necessary to support our clients, the ultimate responsibility for trading decisions lies with the trader. Posting a negative review against DB Investing simply because of trading losses does not accurately reflect our service or practices.
