Ive been scammed by these guys . Do not ever use them

For over a month I am still waiting for the money back which the company has to return to me (£47). An employee, Krittya, who is dealing with this issue, kept putting me off for stupid reasons. He doesn't even reply to my emails anymore. I am deeply disappointed by this company for the lack of professionalism of the employees and the management staff.

Been scammed by these guys. Its an absolute travesty. Im trying to start my own business and this, is essential.
They are non responsive and have withdrawn my application, after 3 months of waiting. Gutted. Poor. and sad hahah. Dont bother. Im now going to go through ofsted

Placed the order online and written in the small print somewhere within their page, it says that you cannot apply for an enchanced DBS check if you're self employed. i have been self employed for 3 days at the time of the transaction.....(its really not clear) But it still lets you proceed and place your order. They then take 95 pounds from your account and tell you that they do not give refunds, as its written in their T&C's.

I needed my Criminal Record from DBS Online (a site recomended by GovUK) as a British Citizen trying to apply for another nationality in Europe. I paid the 77 pounds (it cost 3.98 euros to get one in Spain) and I dealt with a person named Jade, who sent me an email with documents I had to provide to receive my CR. As a resident in Spain, I couldn't have or didn't have most of the documents in Group B. I emailed Jade and tried explaining this to her, in which she informed me that she had cancelled my application, kept 15 pounds for admin fees and I couldn't access my criminal records. Not sure how someone who works for a company like DBS hasn't got the mental capacity to differentiate what a CITIZEN and a RESIDENT of a country is. Absolutely useless, time consuming, infuriating and unacceptable. Got to repay the 77 pounds to reapply for my Criminal Record and down 15 pounds because of incompetence.

Soon as I uploaded my documents received a replay from them that they are unable to do criminal check for me as my address is in N.Ireland and been advised to go via AccessNI. Took their advise and got my refund minus £15 because of cancelation fee, which in my opinion was not fair as they do not mention anywhere that they do not do checks for NI residence. BUT GUESS WHAT! my wife was doing same check with the same address and for her was no problem that she resides in N.Ireland and she got hers criminal history with no problem from the same company which cost her £77 and I only paid £18 for my check via AccessNI, of course plus £15 which was taken from this robbing company. DO NOT USE THIS OVERPRICED COMPANY GO THROUGH OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT PAGE FAR CHEAPER !!!

This was an easy to use website with a very good response time

Saying on there website that they have 2 days turn around more like 2 month. After 1 month wait me asking they realised they didn't have enough documents and then asking for ID for a second time even they already had it. Stay away not worth the money

Have been using the update service for a few years now. Been paying for this service yearly. Today I spoke to Ryan, I have my certificate number but they are NOT willing to issue me with a copy of my DBS certificate, as I have mislaid it. They only issue you a paper copy 90 days after sending the first one. I was not aware of this. I need my certificate and Ryan does not want to help provide it. Why am I paying for this service??? So they are telling me I have to go through the whole process again. Why??

Bought their overpriced nonsense. Received an initial email from them advising someone would get back to me. Never received it to my inbox and didn't think to check the spam folder as their original message came through fine. Never received a follow-up email or call. Tried to contact to get a refund as I decided to go with the much cheaper GOV.uk site instead, then when I asked for a refund they refused. I have absolutely no need for the DBS, it's completely overpriced and so they've basically just kept my money. Once again the little man gets shafted. Abysmal company

Shockingly high fee. Not obvious during process. Disclosure £25 plus their fee of £54, more than double the cost of the Disclosure. Beyond greedy. So angry with myself being caught out like this. Don't ever use this company
