One step up from scammers - I have no doubt they are a real business, and will (eventually) get the checks done. BUT they are not the official Government body and they charge ludicrously inflated fees for a service you could get done quicker and far cheaper. They couldn't do the checks for me without lots of paper verification so I tried to cancel - requesting a refund as things never progressed as far as the checks being carried out. I am not holding my breath.

As with many of the reviews attached, promised a refund after cancellation and 8 weeks later still waiting for it having also charged me £15 for the cancellation fee despite it being 3 minutes after mistakenly making the order and realising it was not a Government website.

Website full of reviews that are 5 star although the reviews here tell the truth of the matter. Disgraceful customer service and intent on keeping your money unless you chase your refund which they hope you forget about.

Still have not received my money back - next stop Trading Standards

I paid a lot of money for the enhanced check, to be done within 5-7 days. 10 days later and I am still waiting. The email said if I need to help to reply to any of their emails, I have done this and it has bounced back? Very worrying

Dont touch them.
They are just a badly run middle agent, pretending to be a gov agency . No g'tee of getting faster disclosure for the extra 50 pounds it costs, zero delivery of detailed service they would provide.
Just fill the same info on the government official website and wait the same length of time and spend the excess 50 pounds elsewhere..

My daughter used them by mistake. I called them 4 minutes after payment was made. They offered to refund half of the money. I was fuming and called them scammers. They never paid any refund. Do not use them.

I'm a doctor and needed to get a new Enhanced DBS asap. I submitted the form on Monday and received my DBS via post on Thursday.

When I thanked the team and asked where I could write a review they gave me a link to trust pilot. They also told me that unfortunately they get mistaken for another DBS service and hence all the negative reviews.

I would not hesitate to use this company again and I will refery colleagues to them as well.

You do not confirm the charges between entry of bank details and finalising. You then charge 15 pound for cancellation. This scam meant you stole 15 pound off me.

PLEASE do not use these crooks. They are extremely overpriced and will do anything to avoid paying a refund..... very unprofessional well stop replying to emails and answering calls or leave you on hold.

My son started a i.e delivery job at a company, they applied for a basic DBS…literally within a week while my son was working with them they said his DBS came and they had to let him go without saying why… we were trying to do the guess work here as my son has never been in trouble with the Law whatsoever. When this DBS came in the post the full name I gave him was different from this person although Christian name surname same but not full names and the Date of Birth was totally wrong with the wrong person by these facts especially the obviously not my son and a 4 page Criminal Record this person had. My son has never been known to the police, been in trouble or arrested and certainly do not have a criminal record. This was shocking that a government bodies as such could get this so wrong. I am glad you will rectify this as he has lost a job regarding your mistake. You should also train your staff to look for the reason of the application and would know the D.O.B did not correspond that was wrong and the person was not applying for a job but he is more importantly a resident of Her Royal majesty Prison and is in prison for a total of 3years + from 2 months ago and convicted your Administrators staff mistake caused the lost of a job and earnings, my son would of been working.

Placed an order with these people and then cancelled it as the requirement had gone away and being honest it wasn’t like they actually met any of the timescales indicated on their webpage. They came back with a ridiculous offer of a credit against my £77 transaction having sent ONE EMAIL to us!! They’ve then agreed to refund my money within ten working days?? They haven’t processed a refund at all. The money isn’t there. So don’t use them, it’s a scam! Go to the gov website and do it far cheaper/quicker and without the rubbish experience

Nearly 2 months waiting and still waiting

There was a little bit of initial confusion in the type of DBS I could personally apply for as I'm not yet sponsored by a workplace but taking on freelance. However, I felt that even just having a basic check would be more than useful, even if just for the purposes of ID at the present moment.

I have had nothing but trouble with mine , and I still have not received it !!@!@ cost me £77!!@@

Won't allow me to track progress, doesn't give me a reference number to track dbs, sent email stating that it's arrived and has not.

Nice and easy service just follow simple steps can’t ask for anything easier

I still have not heard anything despite an initial email to say a case worker would be in touch with a form for me to fill out. I emailed after 10 days asking for contact, still nothing!
