A scam. They charge more for a service that you can get for less than half the price via the 'Gov.UK' site. Even by the standards stipulated in their T's&C's, the Gov.UK site is faster in processing and delivering a DBS. This is confirmed by my own experience.

The staff are extremely argumentative and unprofessional if a concern is brought to their attention and they will flat out refuse to provide a full refund. This is despite whether or not they have done or provided anything.

They have no valid or useful purpose at all. They simply promise a fast service to those who may be rushed into needing an 'express' service for a DBS, but everything they do can be done by the customer themselves in the space of several minutes, without the beaureacracy of this pointless 'middle-man' agency being paid for.

The single worst customer experience I've ever had, I was foolish enough to fall for this useless, pointlessly expensive and time-wasting service, please do not make the same mistake.

I had to ask for my reference number in order that I could keep track of my DBS check - I still have not received my certificate despite it saying that it has been posted nor have I had confirmation by email. Not a great service to be honest - any very expensive.

This company are more expensive than other's but I chose them because they state on their website "We aim to return results for 80% of applications within 12 working hours of receiving the application".

However it took almost two weeks for the Enhanced DBS check to complete, and even then I need to wait for the certificate to arrive in the post as it's not provided electronically.

This appears to be the standard timeline for an Enhanced check regardless of which company you apply through. So it's completely misleading to suggest it's possible to get results within 12 hours. The Government DBS department would never be able to complete an enhanced check in this space of time.

£75 for an unofficial service, it’s £25 on the government site for the same thing. I made this mistake when I was under the weather and immediately cancelled; however a fee is immediately non refundable. The remaining refund has not been sent over 1 month later. Just use the government site folks.

This service is a rip off, I paid and tried to cancel on the same day and they charged me 50%. I have since gone via the government website and got my dbs within 7 days. Don't be fooled by this service.

I phoned and spoke to a very helpful, bubbly lady called Sharna. She could not help enough even guiding me to a government website for extra assistance. She sounded like she was really interested in her job and helping you the very best she could.

I waited for it, it was late then they spelled my name wrong and I have spent days being fobbed off need my money back as job wouldn't accept wrong spelling so missed out on job too . They said it was disclosure Scotlands fault and told me to ring them I did they said the firm filled in incorrectly. So now I am stuck waiting

This service is a scam: it is no quicker or more comprehensive in any way than the gov.uk service , you will simply pay more for a slower service and have nothing to show for the additional cost. They also use Dropbox, a notoriously insecure product, as part of their service.

I requested an alternative, more suitable means to provide my documents tha the insecure public cloud service that is Dropbox, and they did not say there was an alternative, even when a subsequent phone call to a different member of the company's staff revealed that they could have offered alternatives. They didn't do so because they will presume to keep half of your money as an 'admin fee' if you request a refund over using their questionable service.

It's been months and they haven't provided a disclosure certificate or provided a proper refund, nor offered the fast and secure DBS provision service required.

The correspondence from them where they flatly and inexplicably refused to provide a refund have been very rude and unprofessional.

This feels more like a scam than an actual service and I'll be taking the issue up with trading standards. In the meantime, I'd strongly suggest using the correct Governmental channels for a DBS; I greatly regret trying to get a Disclosure Certificate via these quickly instead of properly, and the proper service is actually very clear quick and provides the document as quickly as could be needed in any case for much less of a cost in terms of time and money.

It was quick and the service was amazing.
