A few years ago, our flight had been cancelled & we were put onto a different flight. Yet only recently, we became aware that we might be able to claim some form of compensation. We tried claiming on our own, and then we contacted various companies who specialise in this field. They all wanted a 'hefty-cut', and they all told us they we would not be able to receive compensation.
We stumbled on "DCACLAIMS" by accident. Tried myself, airlines (due to their inherent honesty) brickwalled my application at every attempt.

2. our suitcase got lost for 3/4 days we needed to buy cloths and though Aaron Hoffman we got our money back
