Dismal customer service ordered a watch was not told it wasn't in stock nearly 2 weeks ago trying to get a refund but will not reply to emails or WhatsApp do not recommend

I've been looking for a watch that is going to last a long time for a while now, and decided on the Casio Mudmaster B1000 in the emergency colours series.
I found the watch online at D C Leake in the black friday sale for an absolute bargain, I managed to save £175 off the RRP, so i decided to take the plunge, and give myself an early Christmas treat.
I ordered the watch on a Sunday, and it was in my hands by 12:30 Tuesday afternoon. On top of that, they are an official Casio dealer and offered and extended 3 year warranty on the timepiece. So this purchase seemed like a no brainer to me.
They were a pleasure to do business with, and my online shopping experience with them was an absolute joy.
I couldn't recommend them enough.

Bought a G Shock watch on line yesterday. Not only was it £110.00 cheaper than RRP. but next day delivery was free! Arrived next morning with the bracelet adjusted to my size (also free!) Fits perfectly and looks fantastic. I have a collection of watches, but this is my first G Shock. I am very impressed. I would 100% use DC Leake again and will recommend to family and friends.

Charging double the RRP listed on the official site and what all other Authorised dealers are offering the watch at whilst being an Seiko Authorised Dealer themselves just because it's a limited release.

Called them up just incase it was just a holding price and asked if they could price match Seiko and all other sellers but no that is the price they want to charge.

Brilliant staff , great selection on watches , rings etc . Very honest , if the watch suits you or not , I travel a distance to these family owned jewllers as it is really worth it . A different selection of items to the norm , you can always come away happy

Best price by a long way and a great selection of watches. Free bracelet sizing and excellent communication from purchase to next day delivery. Would highly recommend and definitely shop with them again.

I was looking for a price for a Casio G-Shock online and D C Leake came up in the Google search with an excellent price.
To be honest, I was initially going to use it as a way to get a good price match locally, but the more I looked at their website, the more I liked it. An established independant business, with an online introduction to all of their staff, versus buying from a national chain near me. I’ll support the independent!
They were very helpful, both via their online chat (involving real humans!) and by phone, before and after the sale. They even add a year’s warranty extension, over standard terms, along with 0% credit.
I ordered the watch online when they were closed at the weekend, they dispatched it next day and it arrived the morning of the next day - all well packaged and in perfect order.
Very happy to recommend them.

Absolutely abysmal customer service from this so called “luxury” jewellers.

My item was not delivered and after providing more than enough proof that no parcel was handed to or received by any resident in my household, have been told I now need to wait for 30 days.

I would never recommend you shop at this store as if you do incur an issue, rest assured they will not be willing to help you.

I received my parcel, but the watch was missing. Customer service was unhelpful and said it would take 30 days to resolve. Very disappointed.

After purchasing a fenix 7 pro from a diffrent retailer only to be told due to manufacturers delays I would have 3+ weeks to wait I ventured onto DCLeake and talked to Kerry via there online chat. I asked if I where to purchase the epix gen 2 pro in the next hour what would the delivery time be and was told if I do it in 30 minutes I might make today's dispatch. So after purchasing the watch Kerry worked her magic and placed the order, checked and packed the watch and is now on its way to me. Can't thank Kerry enough she was very polite, helpful and really made the effort so once again thank you from a happy customer 😀

I came across this family-run business by chance and am very impressed with its vast selection of great watches. I have now purchased from them and was helped tremendously by Pratik who was excellent to talk with making me feel valued and right at home. Nothing was too much trouble. My review is also 5 stars, will that change anything? The service I received when purchasing a watch from them was faultless, not only free delivery but signed for before 1:00pm delivery. 100% recommended.

I've had a number of dealings over the years with DC Leake, and especially Nigel, and I can firmly state that the corporate attitude to customer service is first rate. I've bought Bremont and Garmin from the company and they've always arrive on time - as promised. And when I've had a problem there is never any attempt to shy away from helping find a resolution.

In other words - and I have no axe to grind or any financial interest in the business - DC Leake can be trusted.
