I am SHOCKED …. Truly shocked at how amazing this foundation is. I was skeptical but figured I would try it. Plus I’m a science person and curious about AI. I’ve been “color matched” before but always to a product already made. And it never was exact.

This foundation is incredible! ! Perfect match and coverage- especially for this 52yr old. It doesn’t even feel like I’m wearing makeup. My daughter even noticed and said my makeup looked really good- whether I was outside or inside - the color is perfect. I wish I would have ordered the concealer. - I will.

I was very sceptical about buying this product but it has far outweighed my expectations. It's much better than any foundation I have used in the past. The colour match was spot on and the matte finish suits my skin.

The first foundation that I received was much too pale for my skin but when i submitted a request for an adjustment and it was sent it matched very well. It feels lovely on the skin also and i'm very happy with the product

Like some others, I bought this on a bit of a whim but have had a brilliant experience. Accurate colour match but original finish was not to my liking, this was promptly dealt with and a replacement radiant finish formula was sent out with no quibbles. Responsive customer service and most importantly a great product - I struggle with quite a lot of foundations due to skin sensitivity and generally disliking the feel of it on my skin. I am getting on really well with Dcypher's formula and can't say a bad word about it. I will be repurchasing when the time comes.

Received my foundation took one look at it and thought that’s not gonna match . Tried it the following day , the match was perfect! Now ordering the concealer .

I am 67 and have always had problems with foundations oxidising and never being happy with the shade.
DCYPHER has been a new experience for me and I am very happy with the outcome- I actually feel I can throw out all the incorrect foundations in my collection including several high end!
Customer services (Vicki) have been amazing and when the first two shades were not right they wanted a third try and they nailed it.

After reading rave reviews I thought I’d chance ordering custom foundation. Whilst my order arrived well packed, the foundation was completely different to my skin, too dark and orange! I am very fair usually No7 Calico/Ivory and Estee Launder Ivory 1N1.

I emailed customer support on the 31/12/23 and asked for a refund. I received a reply a few days later to say I could have my foundation re-created, and I’ve not heard anything since this date. I have sent another follow up email asking for a refund but no response - no refund or new foundation. I do not recommend.

I bought my foundation in August 2023, colour match was great and texture good on my skin too - I only used it a few times but then had an issue where the bottle came apart and the pump was stuck in the lid, so I couldn’t get the product out of the bottle. When I saw another Dcypher ad going around on social media I commented telling them this had happened. I had a message really quickly from them, they then replaced my foundation free of charge and I had it the next day. The new bottle feels much more hard wearing than the original design, and I’m really grateful for the replacement. I really found this to be brilliant customer service for them to do this, and the advisor I spoke with over messenger was extremely helpful.

I ordered the concealer after doing the colour match online. It arrived really quickly and was well packaged. It was circa £58 but I was willing to pay this as I had read good reviews and well, who doesn’t want the perfect colour of concealer?!

Unfortunately, the consistency of the concealer is so thick and heavy. It also felt like the product was very dry, like it had been left out all day without the lid on. It really highlighted my crows feet and stuck to my fine lines. It was noticeable immediately i.e. it didn’t happen after wearing it all day.

For the aforementioned reasons I wouldn’t recommend. It’s way too thick to be buildable and made me look and feel older. Very disappointing for the high price.

They state that they will refund you if you are not satisfied with the product. I ordered a brightening concealer which was darker than the foundation. Ordered a replacement which was sent.. still too dark and totally different tone. I’ve asked for a refund twice weeks ago and heard nothing. Just a generic email to say they’ve received my emails. IF YOU'VE RECEIVED THEM, THEN ANSWER THEM! Really bad customer service. I wouldn’t recommend.

This make up is great, I’ve tried a few others but wasn’t happy with them.
dcypher matches my skin tone, glides on and does provide a difference. I will definitely be sticking with this now.

Brilliant foundation. I went for the lightest formula which I mix with moisturiser. Amazing company determined to get it absolutely right and they keep going until they do.
I can’t imagine using anything else now.

Choice of colour was wrong and I had to change the product, Nice texture and feeling, but it would be good to have a perfect colour! Not-yet!

I’ve messaged several times now without reply. I keep getting emails to review so my honest review is I’m yet to get the correct shade. Everything I’ve received has been completely different despite using the same id and if you have an issue they literally just ignore you! Why say you will correct the shade if you won’t? I’ve sent photos and provided more details as requested. Heard nothing in weeks despite chasing it up! Will stick to over the counter in the future!

I have been blown away with this product. I have never been able to find a try match for my skin tone and this foundation has changed all that. The first version was a bit orange so I sent over photos and they remixes the foundation and it’s honestly perfect. I don’t even know how they do it but I am covered. The foundation is a lovely finish’s finish and is so easy to apply and blend.

Great customer service, quick delivery and great product. My only issue is 30ml bottle doesn’t last long enough. Have to buy once a month

Made my first order and the colour was totally too dark for me. Contacted customer service who has a few more questions of my skin. Without hesitation another colour was sent of foundation! It’s perfect 🤩 🥰
