Amazing customer service. I was keen to get my product delivered very quickly at very short notice. Friendly and efficient support from this company was outstanding. I would trust them to do their absolute best to sort out any problems.
The foundation is much better than anything else I have tried on my difficult and patchy skin..
The tone be slightly off a perfect match but I not certain and wanted to use it immediately so didn't try to get it altered. Shall see how I get on and maybe tweak it next time.

I had seen this company on Instagram and was intrigued by the prospect of having my own personalised foundation shade. I went through the online process of sending in pictures for matching and then didn’t have long to wait until my foundation arrived.
The shade was spot on and I was impressed but found that I had chosen the wrong finish and coverage.
I contacted them and they happily sent me a new version which is perfect!
The communication with the company has been great and I would definitely suggest to anyone considering purchasing to give it a go as you won’t be disappointed!

Amazing 🥰 - I have really annoying oily skin with dry bits and I’m mixed race but can never find my exact colour it’s always a bit too red or too yellow. Colour match was slightly off and I was skeptical about it being fixed but they did and it was so quick! You can choose your finish preference which is something you don’t get often so I could have natural look rather than matte which ages you when you hit your 30s, whilst still maintaining coverage and not breaking down into an oily mess by the afternoon. It’s buildable as well which is amazing. I don’t really have a fault apart from maybe the pump could be better but such a tiny thing I don’t really care 😂

Wow, I've not experienced such excellent customer service like this in a long time. Incredible. The formulation of radiant, sheer for dry skin is epic. The shade was a tiny bit too light but they rectified it straight away, no messing and quickly. I'm very impressed. I wish more companies would learn from their model.

How do they do it!? After 25 years of buying high street to high end make up brands I have NEVER found a foundation that is as seemless as this. My first one was a couple shades too light but a quick email and literally within a week I had the exact shade I needed delivered straight to my front door!
I must admit I was sceptical at first as I’m forever being influenced into buying these brands I see on social media but genuinely this brand is insane and you must try :)

I have spent a stupid amount of money trying to get that perfect, natural looking foundation - when I saw the ads for Dcypher my bank was screaming no not again!
Thankfully I stifled that noise and went ahead and ordered - the first blend was not the best for me. However, I contacted their customer service and Vicki listened to why I didn’t like the original blend and somehow managed in less than a week to achieve what all other brands have failed to do - from the cheapest to the high end - perfectly match a foundation to my skin, it has amazing coverage without looking like I have foundation on it’s that natural, leaving me to play with bronzer and makeup to my hearts context - thank you so much Dcypher I have a big day coming up and will be beaming confidently that I look like me and not caked in cracking foundation 😊

Love this foundation! The first bottle that I received was a little too light for my skin tone; however after a quick email to DCYPHER and a few questions, a new bottle was prepared and sent out which is a perfect match. This took less than a week! Fabulous customer service support.

I had great customer service and a fantastic foundation match from Dcypher. I've always struggled with getting a good colour match (always too yellow or grey) with off-the-shelf foundations, resorting to having mix and adjust my own over the years. I found the Dcypher process really easy and delivery quick plus such a reasonable price - cheaper than most department store or luxury brand foundations. The first bottle was a bit too pale and grey for me but I was able to feed this back and Dcypher sent me a new adjusted shade for free which is perfect. I'm so happy with the service and will be repurchasing as the colour match is so good.

Love the foundation, I was a bit dubious whether it would be a good colour match but it certainly was, best colour match I've had on any foundation. If I had to give any negative it would be the pump on the bottle, its quite stiff, I end up shooting foundation everywhere so just be gentle. Anyway, a perfect foundation, would certainly recommend you give it a try

I originally bought a foundation using the online match but I don’t think I got the lighting right, so when the foundation arrived it was a bit too dark and too orange for my skin. I emailed and asked if it was possible for an adjustment, the lady was super helpful and we rearranged a new colour which was soon sent out to me free of charge.

Best match I’ve ever had in a foundation, literally nothing short of perfect. It wears well for my skin type, the texture is lovely and blends nicely. Will be buying again for sure.

I can’t praise Dcypher enough, firstly for fantastic products, after trying foundations for over 30 years this has to be the best one, it feels light on my skin (lately, with others I’ve been wanting to get in the house and clean all my makeup off) not with this one, and the colour match is fantastic, best ever. I’m now a fully fledged convert to custom blend foundation. Having been ‘influenced’ into buying I was pleased by the finish quality but needed a tiny tweak on the shade. This was completed quickly (for free), accurately and my new colour is perfect. I won’t be going back.

I was so dubious right till the moment it hit my skin !
It was so easy, quick ,with me in 2 days and perfect match first time.
Foundation looked too dark in the bottle but was perfect when applied, has good staying power and coverage and didn't crease on my dry skin . The only way to improve this product would be to offer one with an spf in.

I always have issues with finding the right shade for my skin..I always find that I can never find something that matches my face as well as my neck but what I was sent was pure witch craft! For the first time I have a foundation that actually matches, it is literally my skin in a bottle! It also feels light on skin, not cakey. I opted for the radiant full coverage option and it does just that, I also but down that my skin is dry and it helps with that too along with some moisturiser. Love love love this foundation! I also got the coverage drops..you literally only need a tiny bit mixed with your regular face cream/moisturizer to get the coverage you need. A little goes a long way!

Excellent speed of service though product wasn’t a match

The colour matching service was good however I ordered an ultra sheer matte finish which was achieved in the samples but the full sized item is extremely oily so I cant really use it.

Great product, found my colour match at last in a product that provides great lasting coverage but it not too heavy. I had to adjust the colour to get it right & Dcypher worked hard to get it just right. Amazing customer service, don’t know when I last experienced such good service.
I have been searching for the right foundation for 6-7 years and tried loads of brands & wholeheartedly say this is the best one. I am quite fair and usually porcelain coloured foundations are too white & make me look like a ghost. Too yellow and they look silly and I cannot blend. This is the first time I have been able to get something that is right for me.

I thought this sounded great as I always struggle to find a match to my skin. The first one came and was the right tone just too pale. They changed it a little and sent another which was unfortunately too pale still. Third time lucky. Perfect match for me. I ended up with the full coverage radiance which wasn't what a thought I wanted but it's really good.
As an added bonus I was sent the brush set. These are really lovely brushes.
So. It took a little while to get it right but they did in the end and it was worth the wait. I didn't think they would try a third time but they were more than happy to.
I think the customer service is really good and communication is really quick.
