We had Wendy today for our annual CPR training session.
I have worked for mydentist for 13 years and this was the best CPR session I had.
Wendy was an outstanding CPR trainer. She delivered the course with clarity, confidence, and genuine enthusiasm, which made the training both engaging and easy to understand. The information she provided was extremely informative and well-structured, with real-life examples that helped reinforce key points. Wendy encouraged participation, answered questions thoroughly, and made everyone feel comfortable practicing the skills. We are a small dental practice group who have been your regular customers since 2011 (15years)
On the 7th Jan we made an over payment into your account of £2945.76 (instead of £295.76)
OVERPAYMENT OF £2650
After making 10 telephone calls to accounts since 8th January
And 5 emails. And numerous promises to pay the outstanding amount. No refund payment has been made!!
We are in severe cash flow crisis as we need to pay the staff wages.
