Had new perfect fit blinds fitted in June, perfect job! Only issue was we discovered after time was the when the doors were open the opening and closing rods were blown around by the breeze, contacted them about having them shortened, no problem whatsoever popped in they did it there and then. Great service, and a friendly team.

Rob has been out to measure and fit blinds/shutters for our home on a number of occasions. He's professional, thorough and has great product knowledge. Scott recently came out to finish a velux blind for us. Really friendly and did a great job.
I'd always recommend Deal Direct to anyone.

Cannot fault the service from deal direct from my first call to Nicola to Peter who came out to measure & give me a quote to Scott & Jason who fitted the blinds. The blinds are good quality & very reasonably priced.

Brilliant blinds yet again! Had wooden blind fitted in my bedroom and they are perfect. Thank you Direct Blinds, especially Rob who measured up and Scott who fitted them. Fast, friendly and efficient service. Would highly recommend them.

Peter came to assess our large picture window ( over 2m wide and ceiling to floor) for a motorised roller blind. He gave us all the information and options. The girls I spoke too on the phone were lovely and helpful. It was specially made and fitted within weeks by Jason and Scott who had it fixed in place, explained and working in no time. They really did a great job, clean and tidy too. They were all a joy to meet and the price was very reasonable too. Highly recommend.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Scott, Jason, Rob, and the entire team at Deal Direct Blinds for their professionalism and organisation throughout the whole process.

From our initial enquiry through to installation, everything was handled with care, efficiency, and attention to detail. It was genuinely refreshing to deal with a company that managed every stage so diligently, offering an excellent range of products backed by outstanding knowledge and advice.

Nothing ever felt too much trouble, and the whole experience gave us complete confidence that we had chosen the right company.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Deal Direct Blinds to anyone and will certainly be using them again in the future. Thank you to the whole team for a first-class service.

The staff at deal direct blinds were extremely helpful on the phone. I got a quick appointment for Peter to come out and measure up. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The blinds were fitted on the date we wanted by Scott, who again was very professional and arrived when he was supposed to and did a fabulous job fitting the blinds. Very competitive pricing. I have used them before and would definitely recommend.

Went to Deal Direct as other company websites didnt seem to have the capability to do the work we needed to be done. Our Velux window is over 30 years old so blinds these days were not possible for ours . Called to factory whilst passing and quickly got the answers and quotes off Joanne that this could be done. Blinds now manufactured and fitted in 2 weeks and look excellent. Many thanks to her for that and to Scott , Jason and Rob for the job completed in a very friendly manner Would recommend this company and use again if looking for blinds .

Have used this company for past 18years and have always had excellent service and today was no different. Had electric blackout blinds fitted to French doors and a small utility window. Rob initially came to measure up and discuss options with me and today Scott and Jason arrived to fit them. They were brilliant taking time to make sure everything worked as it should. Friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend.

I would like to thank Deal Direct Blinds and Andrea for their assistance. They are fast and very helpful, I have blinds in properties that we manage and when they get broken or damaged it's important to get them repaired or replaced quickly.
Thank you to all the members of their staff that have helped me over the years. It's much appreciated.

Measured and fitted to a very high standard by Rob and Scott
Both very professional and we are so happy with the transformation in our room.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. Peter came to measure up and was so knowledgeable, helpful, and professional that he was the reason I chose this company over a cheaper competitor. Scott and Jason fitted the blinds on Friday and did an excellent, tidy job. The faux wood Venetian blinds look fantastic, feel great quality, and have completely lifted the room. Highly recommended they are far superior to the other companies I’ve used in the past.
