I would like to point out, that this review is not for the Hotel itself which seems lovely, but for the Del Mar Spa at Cavalieri Art Hotel.

We were 3 friends and purchased the deal vouchers they were sponsoring on one of Malta's famous websites.

We were hoping that we would have spent few hours in total relaxation and stress-free. Little did we know that, as soon we entered the place, nobody was there at the reception to welcome us, (the offer indicated an herbal tea which was included and never offered), the place was noisy, so much so that, I could hear all conversation between my 2 friends outside the room, and also, the washing machine going on forever.

No showers were present, except the one in the massage room; We had to ask the masseuse to stop 10 minutes earlier in order to take a quick shower, (and no, we were not informed).

In addition, the massage was soft and the masseuse interrupted the massage frequently to go and answer the phone, which rang often - Certainly, I did not relax!!!!

All in all, I would never go back, one of the worst SPA experiences I ever had.

I've booked a Spa treatment for me and my friends at Cavalieri hotel, the service was terrible, the masseuse was continuously interrupted by phone calls, no one at the reception to reply, she stop the massage to answer the phone, they didn't tell us that we could not use the shower but eventually they had 1 and we ask to stop the massage 10 min before in order to have a shower, in the background we could hear the washing machine, people talking. The sauna was not working. The masseuse was as well giving a very light massage, she didn't asked how we want the massage if light or strong. Not relaxing at all, definitely not worth the money

I book a pre birthday meal for myself and my twin sister while I'm in the UK for Manouche Spinola and paid the €4 for the privilege of booking.Walk up in the week to book the table for Saturday night and tell them that we have a deal today. Go, have a meal and pay explaining that we have the vouchers.
NO you can't use them on Saturday night, you should have read the terms and conditions. Doh I did. I should have been told by the man at the time of booking that we can't use them on said night. Do not be conned by this restaurant/bistro, dreadful restaurant, dreadful ambience, dreadful food.

If you want to get a great discount on an activity you were planning anyway, from an uptodate website that generates an instant voucher to you then all is well and the service is fantastic. However if you encounter an issue and want responsive customer service if things dont happen as they should then they are slow to respond. To be honest I am assuming it a small business and this is why it has taken so many days, I have had a response today and a resolution of a credit voucher. This credit has to last over a year as I do not live in Malta.
I have recommended dealtoday to friends visiting Malta and will continue to do so. I hope we can join the boat trip next year and not be planned on the only day water activities were cancelled everywhere.

Thank you Richard for responding and reassuring me the credit is good till next visit. On reflection a 5* company offering genuine deals.

I have happily purchased many times from Deal Today. I recently purchased a Smart Fit. It would not charge. I emailed two different email addresses. The first one told me the order number I supplied was not valid. The second email I sent was unanswered. So now I am stuck with a Smart Fit that I cannot use.

I booked on dealtoday.com.mt and it went very smoothly, everything was accurate and terms and conditions are clearly laid out on the same page of the booking information!

This is the best deals site in Malta.
