Great customer service
The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. We had to make a number of amendments to our bookings prior to leaving which were dealt with quickly and with no quibble.
Customer service even called a few days prior to departure to ensure everything was in place.

Debbies Villas - great company to deal with
Debbies Villas are generally slightly more expensive, but they do give good value for money in terms of quality of accommodation, finishing touches such as complementary food hamper and general all-round good communications, including a follow-up call post holiday to check all went well and to tease out anything that could be improved. We have used Debbies Villas many times and will continue to use them

Great choice of Villas, simple booking, slick process and will certainly use again. We’ve been many times to Florida and this has to have been the easiest process and best villa we have stayed at.

Happy to recommend again and again
from browsing the website to making a booking and all the admin and support that followed. Our party were very happy with the choices offered, the villa itself and the contact from Debbies' throughout including the access information pack and 'check-up' texts and calls just before departure, after arrival and after returning home. Would be very happy to recommend - if anything the photos of the villa undersold it!

Great service, very responsive
We used Debbie’s villa in November of this year for a 12 night stay, they were great from beginning to end and really informative. Was able to answer every question we had. The response time was fast and they were open and honest about everything which was included and what was nearby. I would highly recommend this company when looking to book a villa.

Fantastic villas and customer service
We used Debbies Villas three times in 2025. The team were fantastic as always, from the initial booking stage right through to our courtesy call when we got back home.
We are ready to book again in 2026 and I cant speak highly enough of the customer service and fantastic villas.

Everything was exactly what it said on…
Everything was exactly what it said on the tin. Villa was great, no real issues, but able to sort the minor issues straight away (As owners lived opposite and came to say Hi) Car hire was a breeze, booked 7 seater suv which was awesome, after booking went on car hire company website and fast tracked so when we arrived, skipped the counter, which was long, went straight to the cars, showed my QR code and handed the keys, easy as. Fast tracked through Orlando airport after downloading MPC App and VTP app for toll roads. Everyone had a great time, and Debbie's Villas were excellent, like the pre-trip and after calls, nice touch Definitely going with Debbie's Villas again, just got to save for it. Excellent service, god job.

Lovely villa
They villa was very nice ,the heated pool was very good all clean and kept well, the area was very nice and a perfect location for shops, parks etc. It was probably one of the best villas we've had over the years, would definitely stay there again.

Great Villa Great Staff
Firstly the villa was great. Check in was easy and when we did have a small issue during our visit, the American team were quick and responsive. They even recommended us places to go on Halloween. The UK team, before we went were also great, replying to questions quickly. Definitely 5* for the whole experience.

Excellent, brilliant, fantastic
This was my first experience using Debbie’s Villas. I was hesitant at first, moving away from my regular package type of holiday. I needed a large villa with plenty of room for Severn people for a magical Florida holiday, including our two young grandchildren. From my first choosing a villa, to booking , to staying at the property it was a fantastic experience. The Villa more than exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, fully furnished, everything was included from clean towels to a cork screw! The pool area was brilliant and had a lot of use! The location was also brilliant, all the theme parks with in 20 -25 minutes( depending on traffic ) The villa complex was clean and well kept and very quiet. I will have no hesitation in using or recommending Debbie’s Villa again. Thank you

Nice big villa loads of room, clean and tidy. On a good gated complex about 30 minutes from the action. Plenty of shops and eateries in the local vicinity
