I spoke to, explained everything to me in layman's term, they text WhatsApp and e-mailed me every step of the way,they understood my situation and told me they could help me,they never judged me not even when I was crying ,I felt a big weight was lifted off my shoulders,my outcome was successful and I want you thank them all very very much

They were the third people i had contacted, I got an iva which I had wanted in the first place but was told I couldn't afford it and trying to force me to sell my car which I needed for my wheelchair or didn't contact me when they should have. Laura has been at the end of the line and answered all my questions and it was completed in less than a month, there was no judgement or trying to push me into selling a car that without it I would be housebound
There were 2 male staff that helped me in the beginning before I had Laura and I felt hope for the first time this year I just wish I had their number in January but better late than never as I was going to give up if they couldn't help as I was/am struggling with anxiety and depression after losing my job.
