The ad/link was misleading. It implied a PAIR of barbells for the given price, we only received one. One of these is near useless, readers assume it's a pair, rightly so. The quality of the one is excellent. We were disappointed there was not a second.

I only got one of 2 convertible weights. It was not the model I ordered. I order 2 at $199. One arrived in a manufacturer's box with no shipping slip inside. When I laced the order, there was no confirmation email to even say the order was placed, or when it shipped. I thought I was scammed until the "weight" arrived but one was missing. Customer service said 2 were shipped (probably drop-shipped by third party) and there is nothing they could do. I would probably use a more reputable company next time.

But no one answers just go to answering machine I try 4 different time to reach to resolve
Problem it just to rollover to answering machine I am sicken tire of it and I’m disputing the charges with credit card company

Spent time trying to get this product to work. Never did.

Intentionally deceptive marketing practices, showing images of a set of dumbbells making the purchaser believe they are buying "1" set of dumbbells rather than a single dumbbell. There is also no language in the description indicating you are only receiving a single dumbbell. I would never have paid $200 for a single dumbbell, and who works out with a single dumbbell? So you're either spending another $200 for a second one, or paying $150 to ship this thing back to them in China. Deep muscle massager is a crooked company and based on the numerous reviews saying the same thing as mine, maybe it's time for a class action lawsuit for false advertising? (This is not a duplicate review, this is the review after having to purchase the second dumbbell for another $200 >:( )

This has been one of my worst experiences with a company terrible customer service. We have still not received our dumbbell that has been paid for. I have emailed multiple times still with no product. I would like the ability to talk to someone on the phone.

I thought I was receiving a pair adjustable dumbbells, when I received a single dumbbell I reached out: 1) by email as a reply to my shop notification, this email was rejected as not deliverable. 2) by phone call, which was a non- functioning number and 3) by info request through the website, which received no response. I then put in a stop payment with my credit card company, this actually received a response. Unfortunately the offered solution was a small discount ~10% or ship the item back to their “new warehouse” in China at my cost of course even though the item was clearly shipped to me from an address in Canada.

I spent hours trying to get the unit to work. I charged it, I connected it, I turned it on and put my feet on the pad, then I went through all of the various modes and tried each at the highest level of power and nothing happened. I emailed this to the company on two occasions but never received a reply. As a result I have notified my credit card company to cancel the charge.

I ordered the messager for my mom. The price is right, but it took 4 weeks to come.

Few weeks and I haven’t received my order

I bought an adjustable dumbbell and then ordered another one a couple days later. They sent me something completely different and adjustable barbell. As you will see, if you try to return something neither of their phone numbers work every time I email them. They would send me just a form letter and they would never, ever. Contact me and reply about my issue. I tried so many different ways. They're the worst company I've ever dealt with.

Paid for expedited shipping took months to get order. Know one answers phone. Literally 50 emails before getting response. Avoid this company like it’s COVID and the plague combined

There absolutely no communication for customer service. No emails answered or phone calls answered.

Received half our order. Contacted them never received a response. Horrible company. Don’t buy anything from them.
