Hi Peter. As my business focus is on excellent customer service it is alarming to see 1 star review and even a 4 star review will be looked at what we could have done better. In this case, it looks like you are not happy with the Yool Sack you ordered last Tuesday evening that arrived with you on Friday? I have looked at the product description and along with a good photo it clearly states it can be folded down into a pocket. We have many videos showing it's use and I have included one on the product page. Under standard customer rights you are able to return a product straight away without any explaination for a refund. This seems like it will be the best resolution. I include a note in every purchase to ask that if you are not happy to contact us so that we can help resolve any issues but as you have not reached out to us I will reach out to you. We have an excellent service record and I cannot see that this interaction will be any different. Kind Regards, Ben.
Marksmanship
Ben has an easy relaxed approach but gets the message across. There is way more to this than I realised. I got things wrong but I never felt pressured and Ben never made me feel stupid. A lot to take in and to go away and practice. I found the session interesting and challenging and whilst some of my groups were not the greatest Ben was always positive and at the end of the session having achieved fairly decent groups at different distances I came away on a high note. For me it was well worth it. I learnt a lot but perhaps the main points I took out of the course is that it is the little things that make a big difference and consistency is the key. I would absolutely recommend this course to anyone who wants to improve their marksmanship skills.
