A friendly face who put me at ease straight away. Listened to my concerns and what I wanted to achieve and lots of advice given with the most suitable treatments. I felt completely at ease and cannot wait to start my journey with her to get the desired results :-)

I recently had a mole removed from my chest by Dr. Pooya Beigi at Define Clinic, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. Dr. Beigi was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive from the initial consultation through to the procedure and follow-up care. He took the time to explain every step of the process, which put me at ease and helped me feel confident in his expertise.

The procedure itself was smooth and efficient, and I experienced minimal discomfort during recovery. The clinic's environment was welcoming, clean, and maintained the highest standards of care, contributing significantly to my positive experience.

Dr Teuta Berisha Is amazing. I have been a regular customer for a few years now, and she is great at advising on and performing very natural ‘tweakments’. My skins is looking great, and I love that she will never recommend anything not required or potentially not suitable for face shape/skin type.

Amazingly clean and professional; considerate and efficient service. The actual Botox was exactly what I wanted!

The whole experience from booking to treatment was seamless. Great to have parking for the Beaconsfield location and the clinic is stunning! I had treatment with Rosie who is very knowledgeable, friendly and gives great results. I will definitely be rebooking again and would recommend define to anyone looking for aesthetic treatment

Really disappointed with the results of fillers. Feels like a place that strives on profits rather than taking care of each individual personally. Wish I had gone elsewhere.

I felt so nervous before hand, but I had no need to.
Rosie totally put me at ease, I’ve always been very “filler” adverse, I had a Botox previously and wanted a fuller lip, top specifically.
Rosie took her time, on what to expect, results etc.
Honestly I hardly noticed the Botox (I’m a very nervous person with needles)
And the filler was surprisingly quick and non invasive, it was more the pre worry than the actual procedure.
I totally trust Rosie 100 percent, and am looking forward to any future procedures needed. Thank you Rosie for giving me a new found confidence.

My son and I had the MiraDry treatment last month and we are blown away by the results. After years of constant underarm sweating (hyperhydrosis), we no longer even need to apply deodorant. No sweat, no smell, it’s amazing! The ladies who completed the treatment were lovely, so caring and professional. I’d highly recommend Define clinic and the treatment. In fact, I already have - my friend is going along today for her MiraDry treatment!

Benji did my botox and lip fillers the first time and i had a lady do it the second time- cant remember her name.

I have had my treatments done at a range of clinics- high end to low/medium end and the thing which differs is obviously the price but also patient journey.

Benji was very professional- i did not feel even a scratch. The lips were done well- although i must say that it needed slightly more at the ends of the bottom lip but to be fair to him he was following my insructions to a tee! Always difficult for a patient to be able to tell due to the swelling. I suppose that is what 2 week fup is for.

Prices are high although not the most inflated i have seen so id say in line with high end prices. That is the only reason it lost a start on economical value- sorry

Most importantly, Benji did not upsell or even try to. There is enough marketting material around te clinic which makes it easy for anyone with any interest to look into it further without feeling awkward to say no.

I have been seeing Jude for quite a while now and have to say she is amazing. She listens and understands and knows exactly what I need, she is thorough, a perfectionist, and always feel comfortable and confident in her recommendations.
I always leave the clinic feeling amazing and don't mind looking in the mirror now.

Define clinic is the best. Lovely helpful staff and nothing is too much to ask . I had composite bonding done by Dr Aggie ,she is the loviest lady you could ever meet and the best in the business for composite bonding . I am so happy with my teeth , they are perfect. Also her nurse Faye is such a lovely lady , very helpful and good at her job . I would recommend Dr Aggie to anyone who wants composite bonding done . You will not be disappointed. I cannot stop smiling 😊

A lovely young lady named Georgia took me thru to a clean and comfortable room where I met Arreni , who explained the procedure and put me at ease.
