unfortunately the customer support is non existence ,I have bought some challenges I have received my second free account credential for the first challenge credential but not for the last one and contacted them via customer support section I haven't received any answer . I thing the company is too busy

You changed your Bogo terms and that defeats the purpose.
You intended giving two accounts and you now placed a condition. I believe it’s a way not to give it and it’s deceitful.

I requested for payout on V1 dashboard…
I requested for payout on V1 dashboard on 08/03/24 along with my KYC documents. All I’ve received since then is 3 automated emails stating the same thing, that they have received the KYC information. I also received 2 emails asking me to resend KYC information. I also had issues with MT5 which didn’t allow me to open or close trades correctly and as a result the account was breached which is why I opened a ticket on their discord seeking a solution. After 3 days they made an announcement acknowledging the glitch and said they would reissue the accounts affected within 12 hours. Subsequently, my open ticket was automatically closed by their discord staff. After waiting a few days and not receiving a new account I opened a ticket and was told the issue has been transferred to backend staff and I should have a response soon. Fast forward to today I have not received any payouts, nor have I received a new account due to the MT5 glitch. I was also removed from their discord without any reason so I now have no way to contact them except via email. Scam Prop Firm, save your money! Don’t fall for the Promo!!

a month of no payout... And when you request payout manually via email due to their faulty dashboard, they wasted time by emailing first back after few days asking "are you sure you want to request for payout?" what a joke lol

Stay away from this SCAM firm. If you already purchased an account with them call your bank and try to get a charge back otherwise don’t ever think about it.
