Ordering was easy, shipment was relatively quick, considering it was coming from England. I ordered on 12/18 and recieved on 1/7. The coat is as described, in color, material, and fit. The only thing is that I have long arms, and the sleeves are a little short - by only about 3/4" though.

My first purchase from this company, the coat was a perfect match to my dress and bag that I was wearing for my sons wedding, I had plenty of compliments about my coat, great quality and I got it at a sale price so it was a bargain

Warm and very comfortable, great item and price. Delivery took almost two weeks by Yodel.

This was a red coat, Christmas present for my wife. It arrived on time and was decent quality. When she tried it on (size 10) it fitted on the shoulders and sleeves. However, the waist was more a size 8 and was extremely tight in deed.

It was a great disappointment as I'd paid £99.00 and wanted to support British companies this year. It was her main present and a complete flop. I'd looked around for a business I thought could supply what I was looking for. I checked De Le Creme on Companies House, checked reviews and went through the website. Even after all this and satisfying myself, it failed to live up to expectations. I'll still keep supporting British businesses and I'll be looking for a refund.

This is an excellent company so deal with answered all my questions and when my coat arrived to be honest I was surprised how good quality it was I am very happy with the coat and would highly recommend this company

Still havent received my order after 1 week. Engaged with their head of E-Commerce (Jay Miah) in attempt to get the coat i paid for. I was sent email asking for order details, (which they should have already). Ordered men's coat on 5th Dec 2022. As of 12th Dec 2022 still dont know if i am going to get the coat (I paid close to £104 for this experience!). In these instances it best if they are honest & responsive. If there is no development very soon, i will be seeking a refund. They shouldnt be taking money from the public if they cant deliver the items they promise.

Update (23rd Dec 2022):

received the coat on Saturday 17th Dec. So a full 12 days after purchase. Didnt help that the notorious courier service 'Yodel' was used in this instance. Parcel was left at my door without the door being knocked or the bell rung. Only reason i got the parcel was because i opened the door to take the rubbish out. Parcel was intact (in spite of Yodel's business practice). The coat itself was beautiful. Well made quality & taliored. Clothing that the high street dont seem able to sell anymore. I would recommend the product to my friends. However in the spirit of Xmas i need to add constructive criticism to this recommendation.

Believe it or not i want De La Creme to succeed as a business. But it needs to do two things to make it a better company;

1: Update your IT & admin bro! Your badly let down by your current set-up. Update you IT so that its more responsive to customer's interactions. Bring in a troubleshooter on a short term contract to update your admin & IT. From my own experience, your admin & the IT isnt fit for purpose. If you do this you will get quicker sales & quicker turnover in stock.

2: Dont. Use. Yodel. You need to find an alternative to Yodel as a courier. they will let you down and give your company a bad reputation. An online business is only as good as its courier service. If its an issue of business cost, add in an option for the customer to choose what service they want. The customer wants to get their clothing in one piece. Yodel from experience doesnt guarantee this due to shoddy business practice (EG; google 'yodel missing mail'). You should do a confab with senior management, to see if that is viable for your business at this stage in its career & development.

Accept this critique in good faith, and become the better business i know you are capable of evolving into.

The coats from this company are absolutely beautiful, I've been looking for a long, black wool trench style coat for years and never found one that was everything I wanted at a decent price until now. The quality of it is lovely and I've had lots of compliments on it so far!

There were some issues with stock as everyone else was saying, I originally ordered 2 coats but one was out of stock even though it still let me pay for and order it. This is no doubt a fault with the website, they shouldn't allow you to buy what they can't provide. There were also issues with shipping but I'm willing to make allowances for that provided the ongoing strikes.

However, when I received the coat it stank of cigarette smoke. I also ordered another coat from the company shortly after and had the same issue. I tried to drown out the smell but I think it'll take some time to get rid of as the coat isn't machine washable. Be wary of this if you're a non smoker as it's pretty off-putting and a hard smell to get rid of.

The item was of good quality the service was good I was kept informed of the delivery and overall I am happy with the product and service

Really beautiful coat, well made. It’s a true to size coat not an oversized one so make sure you order your size. I was so pleased to have finally found a full length wool coat.

My order was cancelled without any proper communication and advised from customer service “out of stock” and product is still available in full price. Really disappointed..

Bought a lovely quality coat for my daughters birthday , however the coat was dry clean only and it was too creased to wear as it was but really wanted to keep it so took it to the dry cleaners to get the creases removed and noticed marks . De La Creme fashions refunded me the cost and their communications were very speedy. On this basis I would use again . Thank you

Twice now I've tried to order a coat from them - ones that their live stock tracker on their website has said was in stock - only to have the order cancelled a few days later because it's out of stock. Why have a tracker on your website giving updates on stock and then also send several emails saying the order is confirmed only to then cancel it out of the blue a few days later? Terrible. Would not use again.

Purchased a beautiful wool coat which i received today after a hiccup with the order ! The problem was dealt with immediately in a very professional manner and excellent customer service skills.
Im thrilled with the purchase truly exceptional value for money.
