My boyfriend got me the tentacle as a gift and it is amazing.

Overall great toy, great quality and great sensation when using it 😊

Shipping was a concern but thankfully it was done right and the only issue was the shipping company having some employees who are lazy and make it more difficult to retrieve the merchandise, but worked out in the end.

As for the quality of the toy.
From personal usage the overall damage is minimal to none.
Early washable and can stretch to wash the insides after usage.
You can also heat it up with water or warm blanket or any ideas that won't burn you, the warm sensation gives it all more enjoyment but isn't required.

Price is hight true, but for the quality it's worth the money nomatter what you're into.

To be perfectly honest, The toy looks really good from the outside But the holes are too small, Specifically the anus and I can’t Believe there isn’t a vent hole on the back of it, the toy constantly traps air inside and it stops it from gripping you properly, I got my toy on sale and I still don’t think it was worth the money

I don't think I have ever had a better customer service experience than with Delices Defendus. I've had bad experiences with similar companies in the past (especially regarding shipping) and had some issues with them as well which they (unlike other companies in the space) took in stride, fixed, and even improved on! They take minutes to answer emails, are friendly and helpful, and go out of their way to provide every customer with the best possible experience.
They take into account customer opinions and advice and readily use that to improve their service, something you just don't see these days. Easily one of the best experiences I've had with an e-commerce platform.
