I ordered a pizza from deliveroo from pizza hut. 18.99 plus delivery charge and I received a tiny 4 slice pizza which states serves 2 people. I wish I could also post a picture I am amazed this is NOT a mistake as the staff at the restaurant said that the order is correct. What a SCAM

Absolutely disgusting customer service from Pizza Hut delivery Cheltenham. Will never be ordering from them again and highly advise avoiding them.

Decided to order after having a very long day. Garlic bread arrived dry and burnt and pizza looked like the toppings were just chucked on as they just easily fell off. Called up to let them know as I wasn’t satisfied and the lady I spoke to (Paulina) had offered to send me replacements as a courtesy. Didn’t think anything of it so agreed.

Worst decision ever. Driver arrived with food about 30-40 mins later but started demanding to see the pizza box and the pizza - never had such a request before. He seemed really agitated, raising his voice at us. We explained the box is in the bin and pizza had been eaten as all of us as a family had not eaten all day - we’d paid for the pizza and wasn’t even expecting a replacement until we were offered, neither were we told on the phone that they needed to see physical proof. I did however, take photos just in case (glad I did), however he wanted nothing to do with it. Instead, started yelling and shouting even more accusing us of being ‘liars’ and not ‘honest customers’ without even knowing the full story. Explained that we weren’t told anything on the phone regarding ’proof’ - his response: ‘I don’t care this is my personal opinion, not my boss’, not anyone else’s, just mine, I make the decisions’ …. Who are you to be speaking to me like this?

I don’t understand why? If the manager was not asking for proof then why was he making such a big deal? I understand if it’s due to people misusing the service but I genuinely had taken pictures as proof which he refused to look at and was refusing to listen to what I had to say, but at the same time I’ve never had any service person demand to look at my ordered food for them to judge whether I deserve it and if I’m being ‘honest’ enough as well as being shouted at. We’ve not even touched the replacement food since it’s been delivered as we’ve just been left traumatised after this whole incident.

Clearly this has shaken me up and really upset me and my family. Had we known this was the kind of customer service they provide, I would have never called up, let alone even ordered in the first place. They have no respect for others. Imagine someone could have been having a really bad day to then be delivered with this kind of attitude?

The delivery guy in question was an older male roughly in their 50’s with grey hair and grey beard, medium build/average height and of European decent (potentially polish?) - just to put this out there.

This has to be the worst Hut! I will not be ordering from here again. Their service is appalling, took my money and then cancelled the order and then had to wait for it to be refunded back to my account. So I had a family with no food and no money to order anything else! Thanks Pizza Hut! And the customer care team are no better either!

Eastleigh Wells place you still owe me the £49 you stole from me been almost 3 weeks now, I will not let this go I have already contacted trading standards and will continue till my money is returned you are on notice, absolutely disgusting thieves

Broadway Peterborough Pizza Hut Delivery Centre poor quality pizza and rudeness when called

The pizzza delivered was with very poor quality with base very thick for crust pizza.The stuffed crust cheese inside was very chewy as rubber.
When called to local pizza delivery place to report it the person was very very rude. He was not listening the complaint. Then he was not accepting & counter arguing that, how come it is chewy? He said we are busy and it will take longer than hour to send driver to come and collect poor quality pizza. It was very rude treatment and embarrassment in front my guests. He hanged up phone on me saying I am busy. No issue resolved or addressed at all. His treatment to me was very rude & He was not bothered at allabout his mistake.
Pizza hut is very good food restaurant chain and I haven’t had such a bad experience. I usually visit pizza hut restaurants and good experience as far as quality is concern. This ocassion while guest visited I ordered it from the Peterborough Broadway delivery centre where faced above issue.

Pizza delivered late and stone cold.
Customer service uninterested and refused a refund and stated they would look into training and offered a goodwill gesture.

Will ot order again and by judging their reviews on here I hope they improve or will soon go bust.

No wonder the restaurant in Bolton has closed and now a Greggs.

Ordered two vegan pizzas from Pizza Hut Eltham. The order was accepted, but when it came to the time of delivery they called me to say they had run out of vegan cheese. I’m allergic to dairy, so could only cancel the order and asked for a refund. The manager named Devendra Singh said they could not process a refund until the next day. So I called the next day and asked again for the refund, he told me it was being processed and I had to wait 5 - 7 working days. I waited 7 working days and still no refund. Called him back and then he said I had called the next day to CANCEL the refund and to ask for the pizzas again. This is an utter lie. He is point blank refusing the refund, and is saying two pizzas were delivered to me the next day. This did not happen, no pizzas arrived, and I wasn’t expecting pizzas to arrive as I had asked for a full refund. Wrote to customer service only for them to tell me they spoke with the manager and he told them he delivered the pizzas the next day and they’re simply taking his word on it, even though he is wrong. I’m out £25, didn’t get any pizzas, and they’re getting away with a lie. So I will never be ordering from Pizza Hut again

Angela delivered last night from Lewisham pizza hut she is the best and always has a smile always hot and great quality pizza my favourite person to deliver.

Had the wrong pizza delivered, tried to call the store but no answer. I spoke to customer service team who initially offered £5 voucher which was then increased to £10. Considering the pizza is double that (and the food quality is poor so won’t be ordering again), I think that’s unacceptable. I asked for a refund of the incorrect pizza but I was ignored

I am disgusted by the service and manner I was dealt with by the staff and delivery driver of milk hill pizza. I ordered a large pizza with two sides and an ice cream for my children. It said it was delivered at 17.35pm on the website tracker but when I called they said it’s on its way. I called back 6 times within a period of 50minutes as no delivery driver came and the lady on the phone told me give it 5minutes and after waiting longer than 5minutes i called again. This happened no less than 4 times. The delivery driver finally called me and I could barely hear him to which he just hung up the phone when. I directed him to my house as he looked lost from my window. When he delivered the pizza I told him to wait for me to check the temperature as the lady on the phone told me to. When I checked the pizza it was squashed. The driver told me he fell that’s why. So if I never checked it and made him wait he would have left me with a squashed pizza. I gave it back to him and told him to take it back. He also didn’t bring the ice cream I paid for. I called again and told them what happened and had to wait another 30minutes until my pizza came. This service was dreadful. Especially as the Pizza Hut is only a few minutes from my road,

Ordered delivery at 8.38pm
Delivery arrives 10pm but was wrong order, driver said oh another delivery driver must have. Tried contacting store and phone line not working. Get to store at 10.30 who said order is on way. Get back home driver turns up at 11pm not only was food unsealed, it was stone cold and 3 items were missing, I chase driver and ask him to call store so I can speak to manager.
He says I have had 70 orders I can redo and send and should be here by midnight. I told him to not to bother that I wanted to eat hot food at 9pm not gone midnight. So angry now the fight commences to get refund from customer services. Email sent and hoping someone contacts me within a couple of days.
Never ordering from there again

It’s been a long time since I’ve been to Pizza Hut and while visiting my son and his partner we decided to visit one evening. All I can say is disappointing, cost too much, environment was cold and the ordering process was a faff having to scan a code. I ate most of my meal in my coat, and I think the overall temperature in the restaurant affected the food which was just warm. (We did question the temperature and was told the heating was at 24) it was really a disappointing meal and experience. I personally will not be going again.

I ate at Pizzahut with my daughter. We ordered a share pizza, free salad and 2 drinks. Unbelievable this cost £36.
Not only was this expensive it was very poor quality. The 'Meat Feast' came with 2 slices of pepperoni, the salad bar selection was very poor, with no pasta or potato salad, the drinks tasted strange.

I complained and I received a standard response offering a £15 voucher to purchase another poor meal.
When I wrote back saying I was unhappy with this standard response, the reply the reply was stated that all they think its worth.
Needless to say the voucher will not be getting used as I will not pay to get another poor meal.

Pizza Hut Birmingham Bullring- No waiter service. Order on the WR code yourself or nothing. Not a relaxing way to order a meal…and then they had the cheek online to ask for a tip…for what? It’s DIY!!!!!

Order collected and came home then realised the extra sauce ordered was not in the bag.

My local Pizza Hut used to be the standard you'd expect when you pay premium prices but now it's just absolutely dreadful.

The only positive thing I can say about my local store is that the delivery is pretty fast

My last order, and last ever order from pizza hut has made us all sick and I'm going to notify the local hygiene standard agency so they can go and make sure everything is above board because I'm not convinced

Yes. You will need to contact either the store or our Customer Services team. If you have placed the order online then it is likely that your payment will have already been processed so you may have to wait a few days whilst the refund is processed.

I contacted the store today (6th November) and they did absolutely nothing to help, escalated the issue, then lied several times saying to go to the website (which is a blatant lie)

he then said he needed to speak to another manager (no he doesn't, look on the system, it'll tell them it's canceled and sort it out, but as usual, common sense seems not to exist here) and needed my details,(the systems there, but know we'll wind him up more getting him to get more information that they already had

he said he'll call back tomorrow, whether he does tomorrow and actually sorts it out is another matter
