They take money and give a deliver date and then they don’t respond. Specially dipak from delta calls and messeges frequently to sell products & currently he is not pick up single call from last 1 month..whenever call, all the salesman & delivery boys gives another person number and say he is the right person for Delivery.. whenever call for status of delivery, he say on Saturday we will dispatch it but unfortunately the Saturday is not coming..I have ordered lock on 26th Aug 2025 and dipak promised to dispatched on 10th sep 2025 but still today i have not update regarding this…They give all fake reasons and then will stop attending the call. Don’t get cheated by paying and booking. With delta locks.

I will describe the event in detail here.

I got in touch with the sales team, where he promised me to deliver and get it installed withing 20 Aug 2025. So I made the payment on 11 Aug 2025. On 22 Aug 2025 I inquired where is the shipment details, to which they answered that the product won't be delivered as the product is not available, and will at least take 2-3 weeks for delivery. I asked to cancel my order and requested a refund on 28 August 2025. On which the sales team agreed to it and told me that the refund would be sent to me to fill out a Google form. I completed the process. A couple of days later I called them and asked about a refund and they said the company's policy is to provide a refund after 30 days. (Which doesn't make sense as I haven't even received the product and neither they dispatched it). It is 17 Sept today and I still haven't received my refund. They have stopped answering my calls, I keep calling from different modes and numbers. Every time I need to speak with the people (names are mentioned below), I have to call them through different numbers. Following are the reason/excuses I am given:
1. That they are working on it
2. It is in process
3. It will be done today.
4. Call me after half an hour I am on lunch/meeting.
5. It's 6 PM we are almost wrapped up we will get it done tomorrow.
6. It's with the higher department and will be done by late evening.

This thing still continues. I believe that they are extracting money from customers and are about to wind off creating another scam of crores. So beware.

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with Delta's digital locks. I advise potential customers to avoid purchasing this product due to significant safety concerns and poor quality.

The camera quality is extremely thirdclass, even when compared to older models. Furthermore, the device does not support video calling, and the battery backup is inadequate. Customer support has also been unhelpful.

Additionally, I did not receive a bill after my purchase. I believe there are fraudulent practices involved with this product, and I strongly recommend against buying Delta digital locks.

Delta Locks Review – Looks Like a Scam!

I placed a prepaid order with X30 Delta Locks in mid-February, expecting a smooth transaction. However, it’s now April, and I still haven't received my lock. Despite multiple follow-ups, their dispatch team has completely stopped answering my calls. This company is highly unprofessional and unreliable—once they take your money, they vanish. Beware of this scam and avoid purchasing from them!

I will describe the event in detail here.

On 25 June 2024 I inquired where is the shipment details, to which they answered that the product won't be delivered as the product is not available, and will at least take 2-3 weeks for delivery. This thing continued till 12 August 2024. I had to scream and shout on them, then they made the payment. Finally I got my money back.
Now I left this review on Google reviews, so did my parents. Now I am getting call from there team at 9 PM too, asking to remove the review as the refund is made. To my parents review they responded that its fake review. I got a call on 16 August 2024 from their team, asking to remove the review, I said no and told them that mentioned to parents review that its fake and they will take legal actions against them, they can proceed, to which the person responded abhi dekha ta hun mein tereko ruk.
Now I am getting messages from them on whatsapp to remove the review.

Don’t go on 4star and above review on trustpilot. Delta is worst after sales. They wont care about you after sales. I have purchased lock 1 year back and now lock is not working and it is in warranty but still Delta is not ready to replace lock. I have done case against Delta now in consumer court. Let’s see now what happens. I will update you after case result.
Everyone can see reply from Delta Locks that they cant replace lock and not able to resolve issue. So my humble request to everyone go for good brand. And stay away from Delta Lock after cheking their reply.

I am compelled to express my sheer disappointment and frustration with the service provided by Delta locks company. My recent encounter with Delta Locks, specifically the purchase of the Z1 Pro model, has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Delivery Nightmare:
I purchased the Delta digital lock on 2nd Jan 2024, paying a significant amount of Rs 25,000. However, the lock was not delivered until 25th Jan 2024, despite numerous follow-up calls. The salesperson, Mr. Lokendra, exhibited rude and unprofessional behavior during these interactions, consistently failing to provide a satisfactory response regarding the delivery timeline.

Installation Disaster:
The technical person assigned for installation displayed a shocking lack of professionalism and rushed through the process. It was later revealed that this individual was an unprofessional laborer, not a dedicated Delta Locks representative. Furthermore, essential toolkit items were missing, and instead of taking responsibility, I was asked to purchase them myself. Mr. Lokendra's insistence that I buy the missing toolkit or face abandonment of the installation was nothing short of a threat, leaving me deeply unsettled.

Refund Process and Customer Threats:
Distressed by the overall experience, I initiated a return on 25th Jan 2024 (Request Number DL7231), and the item was collected on 1st Feb 2024. Despite assurances of a prompt refund, there has been a complete lack of clarity on the process and timeline. To exacerbate matters, threats of deductions for installation and delivery charges were made, adding insult to injury. Yesterday, dated 9th Apr 2024, I have received my refund after so many follow up.

No support desk:
I attempted to contact the accounts person numerous times (Mob Num - +916357982103), but they showed zero concern and did not pick up my calls. I was completely furious and impatient with their lack of responsiveness. In my opinion, these individuals are the worst. I strongly advise against purchasing any products from this company. It's clear to me now that this company is fraudulent.

Given the severity of these issues, I find it necessary to escalate my concerns on social media. I believe that transparency is crucial, and potential customers deserve to be informed about the unprofessionalism, threats, and overall incompetence demonstrated by Delta Locks throughout this ordeal.
