excellent service from start to finish. Due to Covid, we had to book an online facetime appointment which actually worked well. Salesman showed us the different models and colours of fabric we could choose from for the modular sofa we wanted- great customer service.

Definitely recommend, our sofa came on time and looks brilliant. I’m always a bit cautious when purchasing furniture online, but am very pleased, couldn’t fault. will be ordering from here again

We ordered a sofa from Delux Deco mid June, had never ordered from them before. They kept us up to date with delivery etc which was helpful. Received our sofa last week, chose to do a custom and love it. Very happy.

Bought a fabulous set of cinema seats from delux deco that arrived last week. This was the best experience we have had, at a sofa shop. Booked an appointment prior to going as we came from Dover to Windsor and were helped throughout the 3 hours we were in store, 5 stars

Visited the store in Windsor at the beginning of this year, wanted to say thank you to Colin who assisted and helped us choose the right sofa for us. We were able to see the sofa on a large tv screen in store viewing different models and comparing. We ended up purchasing the Munich velvet modular and are delighted, looks great in the living room, glad we went with Delux Deco

We bought some Cinema seating from Delux Deco and they provided us a fantastic service. They were very friendly and nothing was to much trouble. The seating is of a real good quality and whilst we have only had them for a few days so far they seem to well made. I would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of product.

Nice furniture but you'd better pray that you don't have an issue with anything as you'll then become embroiled in a spiral of doom as they do everything they can to wriggle out of being responsible.

Lovely reply from DD but sadly inaccurate. They were informed of the issue right after it was fitted and then spent months not replying before suggesting fixes that the technician said could never work. I accepted the repair offer and asked for the cost of removing and refitting the unit to be considered as the only reason it needed to be done was because there was an issue. They agreed but then didn't like the quote - I said I'd pick that cost up and based the review on the fact that this has taken 7 months to agree. Now they withdraw the repair offer as me posting the review is "a slap in the face".

I have recently bought again from this company reason being i couldn’t find anything equivalent elsewhere quality wise. On my first purchase i ordered the Camargue, very comfortable and neat. On my most recent purchase i ordered custom cinema seats which i couldn’t be more happy with. Great products, great staff and great delivery team!

Excellent experience and sofa from Delux Deco Windsor. Staff were helpful and organised. Was worrying about when our sofa would arrive after 12 weeks however we did that week get a text for delivery so all okay. Highly recommend Domino corner sofa.
